My sandwich was rancid. Brown, rotten lettuce – literally rotten (pictured) there’s no brown sauces or anything on my sandwich, all the brown is rot. Turkey wasn’t looking any better, floppy with black spots in it. Thank gawd I checked my sandwich before eating it. My husband’s sandwich (not pictured) had ok looking meat but also had completely rotten and brown lettuce. How do you give this to someone to eat? That’s attempted murder imo – there’s no way someone can eat this and survive. I never had a problem with Jimmy John’s until now, but there’s absolutely no way I will ever eat here again – this is seriously the most insane & disgusting sandwich I’ve ever seen with my own eyes. Wild.

Sandwich was good not great. I asked for bacon and onions they charged me for the bacon didn’t add it or the onions. I had to drive back they added the bacon still forgot the onions which I just added when I got to work they had some in the fridge.

Placed an online order and they asked if we had the right location and made us give them the location even though it was correct then didn’t say anything and made our food. They made the food horribly, the BLT had no mayo and had onion on it. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich had barely any chicken. Don’t come to this location.

Terrible experience, waited over an hour for food, called the store to ask why the wait, person answering the phone got attitude and hung up, went to the store got a refund, 30 mins later the food showed up told the driver we cancelled the order, got attitude from the driver, over all waited 1 hour 10 mins for the “freakishly SLOW” food. Slogan is false advertisement. Ordered pizza that showed up faster than the subs that were closer…… never again will I go to Jimmy John’s.

Ordered delivery last night (Sunday) took over an hour to get. Had to have my daughter come by and pick it up because I had to leave. No communication that they wouldn’t be freaky fast. Never had this issue before and surely wasn’t expecting it. Can’t tell you how it tasted because it’s in the fridge, no dinner for me last night.

PSA when they ask if you want cheese, they don’t tell you there’s an upcharge. –seriously since when is it normal and acceptable for cheese to be extra at a fast-food place? I don’t know of anywhere else that upcharges for “cheese”. What’s next? $0.50 for mustard? $0.25 for a sliced ring of raw onion? Is this a cellular plan with a bunch of mini-services and upgrades?? Are we going to have to buy a monthly subscription for a minimum of two years commitment just to stop in for their “free smell (terms and conditions apply)”? Anyways, they will charge you about an extra dollar if you say yes to cheese, here.

We placed our order on the app. Over 1/2 hour later the app was still showing order received however not out for delivery. I simply called up to the store to ask and was faced with nothing but attitude. Fast forward 15 minutes later when the order got here, the driver gave me someone else’s order…. thankfully I was able to catch her. She gave me what I thought to be the right order. Got the box in side and noticed we were missing all 4 bags of chips and the cookie we had ordered and paid for. Supposedly the chips were going to be sent ‘right’…. we’re still waiting. And now no one really wants them.
This really isn’t about the chips, it’s about the over all experience. From the first call to delivery absolutely horrible. HOWEVER every time we’ve gone to the store we’ve had a great experience. Wonder why they can’t get deliveries right. Not the first time we’ve had problems with delivery from this location.
