Wing Chef is a total gem right by Northside Gwinnett, directly across from the RaceTrac. It just opened and is already a favorite. The chef has over 30 years of experience with authentic Chinese food, so you know the quality is always there.
The wings are exactly how you want them: crispy, juicy, and the perfect size. I tried the honey mustard and the honey butter, and both were full of flavor. They have a massive list of other options too, like lemon pepper, buffalo, teriyaki, garlic parmesan, and a great Thai chili. They even have cheezy onion, which is super popular in Korean fried chicken spots but almost impossible to find at other wing shops around here.
The sesame chicken is easily the best I’ve had from a fast casual restaurant. The shrimp fried rice is second to none and with no filler veggies, plus the chicken and steak hibachi was great. Everything was tasty and well-cooked.
I’m definitely ordering their family meals next time because they’re so cheap. They also deliver which is a huge plus. 5/5 would eat here again.

Hands down one of the best spots around! I tried the sesame chicken, egg rolls, six different flavors of wings, fried rice, fried dumplings, and the beef lo mein, and wow, the flavor was on point across the board. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. The wings were especially amazing, with each flavor standing out on its own.
On top of the food, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell they really care about their customers. The location itself was super clean and well kept, which always makes the experience even better.

Wing Chef never disappoints. I got the hibachi beef and shrimp combo with fried rice and veggies. The beef was tender and the shrimp was big and fresh. The fried rice was flavorful and not greasy. The veggies were cooked just right. The General Tso’s chicken was rich and saucy with the perfect mild spice. The sesame chicken was crispy, juicy, and sweet in a really good way. Big portions, great flavor, real comfort food. I will definitely be back！

This new restaurant is worth the hype. I had their snow cheesling and red cheesling wing out of curiosity, it was super delicious! I recommend the snow cheesling over the red because it has way more flavor! There is a strong Parmesan and garlic flavor+ a sweet hint of something!! I don’t know what but it is good.
I loved the Thai basil Shrimp, it is definitely, a girl dinner or lunch! If you want a light lunch, the shrimp basil is not heavy! The bell peppers were cooked so perfectly that it paired well with the shrimp.
I loved the Mongolian beef, it had so much beef for the price. It was tender, and sweet but with the crunchy rice noodles at the bottom.. SO BOMB… I was so happy. I often purchase the Mongolian beef from other locations, the beef isn’t as fresh.
Ultimately, I recommend trying this new restaurant as soon as possible!

I wanted to try this place because it’s been getting a lot of hype on TikTok. I placed an online order, and the staff was courteous. Don’t get me wrong—the chicken wings were good, but they were extremely small, almost toddler-sized. Because of that, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
