This place is great and all the girls including the manager is super friendly. However they dont serve liquor. They do have beer. Anyway its still good. Oh yeah GOOD MUSIC SELECTION. cool pool tables. Also NO WAIT TIME and we were seated where we requested with no hesitation.

Rough go 2 times at this place. Minimally staffed. Staff acts as if they are not trained or do not want to be there. Long food wait times and when your food comes out it’s cold. Tried to give this location a second chance but I wouldn’t recommend. On the plus side the atmosphere is great with the pool tables and sports on everywhere and there was a hostess who ended up being our waitress who was very accommodating.

The atmosphere here is great. They play modern music and have multiple TVs for your sports viewing pleasure. They have 3 pool tables that are only $5/hour. The wings were appropriately sauced and tasted great. No wait time to sit a food came out pretty quick. When you go be sure to ask for Mak. She’s a friendly server with great attentiveness. I’m definitely going back with my friends

Everything was great except the seasoning on the lemon pepper wings. Need a better system for the seasoning to stay on the wings instead on the brown paper. Service was outstanding and everybody was helping each with tables that was awesome.

Ordered food on their app. Halfway there to pickup the order, I got a call. Hey we are out of sliders. I asked if they could just cancel the order. She says yes and the refund will be processed within 5 days. Okay cool, no problem. I mean that’s the world we live live in these days. That was Feb 26, 2026. Fast forward to today, Mar 5… no refund. Not a problem. Decided to call and place an order instead of doing the app, and while I’m on the phone, I’ll ask about the refund. The lady that answered was really nice. She said she will get the manager over to take care of the refund on the previous order. In the meantime, she took my order for today. Since it was gonna be the same order, she said they will probably just comp this one to take care of the refund. I figured yeah that’s cool, that works for me. I heard her tell the whole story to the manager… He ends up, picking up the phone a couple of minutes later and ask me what I needed. I said well she told you the story, I just sat there and listened to it. I told him I was waiting on a refund and I still haven’t received it. It’s been since February 26, he starts off with we don’t offer refunds. I’m like, the lady told me I would get a refund within five days. He says again, we don’t offer a refund and I looked for your name and it’s is not on a VIP card. I said look, I just need the refund that the lady told me would happen within 5 days. He said, oh… a refund to your card, cause we don’t do cash refunds. This guy is a total jack wagon. His name is TJ. At this point I told him forget it just to cancel the order and I will take care of the refund through my credit card by doing a dispute. He hung up on me before the conversation was over. I called back and spoke with the lady that I originally started off with and ask if TJ was the manager or just an assistant manager. She said assistant manager. I recommended that they start him off in janitorial services and work his way up to where he learns a little bit about customer service.. She told me she would have the head manager call me back when he comes into work. I’m not looking for anything free… An apology would work though.

I visited a few weeks ago. It looked like a pool tournament was going on. I loved the music and entire vibe.
Matthew and Reggie were on duty. Food was great! I had “vampire” flavored wings. I ordered the fries and I LOVE the ranch seasoning. I was driving so I didn’t get any bar drinks but the lemonade was very tasty!!

I attended Buffalo Wild Wings – Commerce and had such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable, and the customer service was absolutely top tier. The manager was visible, attentive, and readily available to assist, which truly made a difference. It’s always refreshing to see leadership present and engaged. I will definitely be returning!

We visited BWW for the first time today. We went for lunch. Loved the establishment and the ambiance. It’s a fantastic sports bar. We ordered the lunch special that offered 6 individual items. The food came out fast and was delicious. Most of all, we loved our server. I think her name was Belen. She was informative, charming and really cared about our dining experience. We will definitely be returning soon.

I wish I could give no stars. I waited an hour for my to.go order. I was told we were waiting on fries. By the time I actually got my.food everything was cold including the fries. Wings were not sauced very well. Chicken stripe somehow didnt get sauced at all. The staff was rude when dealing with customers. I will not be going back. I have never dealt with a place ran so.badly. they need an overhaul on their staff. Manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to people that asked to see the manager. Phones were going unanswered. Train your people better or get better people. I will not be going back or referring friends to this location.
Side note, no one wears a hair net to contain their long hair and not once did I see someone wash their hands when walking back to the kitchen.

Great experience. Came in on a weekday afternoon with some friends and being largely empty it was a great vibe with good music and aesthetic.
Ordered the bacon smashed hatch chile burger and it was made exactly to order coming in hot and fresh. Our server, Makahyla, was great. Would recommend.
