We stumbled upon this address by chance while walking down the Butte Montmartre. The restaurant is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had the tasting menu and it was delicious: original and sophisticated work and flavors, and above all, excellent quality products. Special mention for the pollock the mille-feuille, and that refined wine selection. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris.

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. I’ve been here three times now; once in October when it opened and twice in February. I eat out in Paris quite regularly and this has been the restaurant I have returned to the most because of how consistent the food is. The menu is so imaginative and balanced, the presentation is stunning. All the staff explain the food in detail and are brilliant with recommendations both regarding the menu and other places to try in Paris. Value wise I am shocked at how affordable this restaurant is (which I suspect may rightfully change due to the quality of the cooking, so book soon!)
