The place was very clean…. perhaps because they were not busy? I placed an order on the app, arrived before the estimated finished time so I sat down to wait. None of the employees acknowledged me or said hello. Several people have come in and picked up their orders. I heard a drink being made, but was never placed in the pick up area. Nothing on the order monitor either. I waited a few minutes, watching, listening to a young lady yelling at her coworkersin the back, so I decided to ask for my order. They placed it in the cooler so it melted some. Good Flavor, nice clean place, but overall service is a bit impersonal.

The place is so clean and the young lady working there is so polite and nice. This is my first time at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I’m really happy that I have such a great shopping experience. I ordered an island green and a detox island green, and 2 cookies (chocolate chip and snickerdoodle). The detox island green was pretty good. I’m glad that the ginger was mild. The cup was so big that it literally took me 3 hours to finish. This might be a great way to lose some of the covid weight I’m carrying around. Lol!! The cookies were great, too.

They don’t listen!!! Was they trained correctly??? Not 1 but 3 people don’t make smoothies properly. They don’t acknowledge add ins. If i customize my smoothie to have added peanut butter and bananas then why it isn’t in there If i pay for??
The woman yesterday even looked at me at a judgement tone for asking for peanut butter and banana in my avacolada. Also, didn’t put it in it cause I didn’t taste it. Add insult to injury because they don’t put the sticker that tells what the customer ordered.
I’m only giving them 2 stars cause they do get the food right when ordered.

I’ve been to this location a rare occasions and always enjoyed my experience. I’m not big on reviews but thought this team deserves positive feedback. I work out at LA Fitness, I try not to eat out and there are limited healthy options when it comes to fast food. I appreciate this team for always accommodating my special requests without a fuss. I’ll ask for no rice, or extra kale, or no add syrup or whatever and they always advise of the extra expense or say sure without attitude. I don’t know if they just don’t care or are used to such special requests being next to a gym. I’m sure others may have dietary restrictions they’re want to stay inbounds of. Either way…it’s much appreciated and Tropical Smoothie is my “go to” when meal planning isn’t an option.

Second time I arrive before store closes at 8:55pm. Hours say 9pm close and girls closed the place down, locked doors, and cleaned up. That’s poor and immature customer service and missed sales and no way to treat loyal customers. They care about going home rather than running a business.

Tried to make an order online and pay with a store gift card I received for Christmas, but there was no option online to pay with the gift card. I had to go into the store and order and pay with the gift card instead which wasn’t too bad. The place was nice and clean. I was pleasantly greeted by a female employee that was already making smoothies for online orders and it seemed like she was the only employee. Once I made my order and sat down and waited, a family of about 10 came into the store. Magically 3 other employees came from the back to assist with servicing the family of 10. My order was ready in no time which was great. I’m just thankful I arrived in the store before the party of 10 arrived. It would’ve made my wait a little longer. Overall experience was great.

Waited over 15 minutes over estimated pick up time and in the meantime inquired about whether or not my order was ready only to be told no each time. When I finally unpackaged my meal I noticed my chips were partially opened. Against my better judgment I tried one for the sake of having a decent lunch although cut short and it was obviously stale. I reached out to the store to see how the situation could be salvaged and was informed they would reach out to me tomorrow as the manager wasn’t in office or rudely suggested a refund on the chips. Would not recommend this particular location.
