I decided to try them tonight and it was amazing! I ordered a steak taco dinner for takeout. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, from the person on the phone to the cashier and the gentleman who handed me my order. The portion was generous and each item tasted fresh and full of flavor. I will definitely return! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I had ordered a burrito which was perfectly fine but the salsa I was given had mold. I called and they did not have any idea what I was talking about. They asked me if I would like to return to the store for a new salsa!? I used to love this place but after not being able to even get a refund for my food and having mold in my salsa, makes me wonder what else they are serving that is bad quality.

I love Los Burritos. I’ve been going to the one in Glen Ellyn since I was in high school.

was actually table service. Chips were great, salsa was excellent, and burrito was outstanding. Everything inside was well distributed. I didn’t get a chunk of beans at the end and steak at the other, it was evenly spread.

Don’t go here if you want actual good mexican food. I quite literally just picked up my order and the food taste like it’s been sitting out all day. it came cold. rice taste like plastic. i’m not sure if they had an off day today or what but i will never be going back. $40 for disgusting food. workers could’ve been a lot nicer as well.

We had the same dish yesterday lunch hours and came this Saturday night with friends but we got really bad food. I am too upset. The sauce was really waterrryyy and no taste at all. So seems like they are not serious about the food in the evening shift. We paid full money as well. The waiter come and asking me are you sure you been here yesterday lunch hours. Then I have to shown her my bank details as I paid yesterday as well. People are very unprofessional and don’t know how to handle the customers

Absolutely love this place best steak burritos ever. Always fresh and plus the workers are nice. Even the cook greet you…UPDATE 5/8/23 I’m so disappointed this evening I ordered steak enchiladas (first time) along with my usual steak burrito but upon me eating the enchiladas I noticed hair in my food. Instantly lost my appetite. $30 wasted…will definitely be contacting Uber eats since I have to wait 24 hrs for my order to process.

I’ve been eating here for over 10 years. Worst chimichanga ever. Giant burrito with steak deep fried? It used to be two smaller, more manageable portions. The giant burrito was saturated with grease ( I know they are deep fried) but shouldn’t literally be a giant, dripping, disgusting mess. I called to ask when it changed and the guy hung up on me. It leaked all over the rest of the rice and beans. When cut so I can pick it up, it leaked all the way down my arm.
