It’s getting extremely old paying extra when you don’t get what you paid for, as well as instore vs online order being treated differently. Normally my drink is consistently inaccurate from what I have ordered and my order does not change. The standard for Starbucks, and why I normally do not mind paying extra vs going to the cheaper local coffee shops, is the consistency between stores in various towns or states. I should not have to keep creamer at work and home to doctor up a drink that should not need it.
From now on I will be refraining from ordering at this Starbucks and just going to one when I go out of town because its not even worth the remake due to the attitude, and its 100% not worth wasting more money for a consistently wrong made drink.

They were super short on staff and I felt so bad. But the three people there worked so hard, especially the one had a hat with champion on it. I don’t have names but it was around 12 of December 3rd. My coffee was great. And I was so impressed with how hard everyone was working. It sucks that places don’t have enough help. Same situation in my own work place. Please know that you are appreciated and seen. Thank you very much for your hard work.

I need to call out an employee named Maddie at the Olean Starbucks because the way she acted toward me today was completely out of line. I’ve never had someone be so unnecessarily rude over something as simple as ordering a drink.
From the second I pulled up to the window, she had an attitude. She looked annoyed, talked to me like I was bothering her, and acted like answering one basic question was some huge inconvenience. There was zero reason for her to treat me like that, and it honestly ruined my whole visit.
I go to this Starbucks all the time and usually everyone is great, so I have no idea what her problem was—but it was unacceptable. If she can’t handle talking to customers without being rude, she shouldn’t be working the window.
I really hope this gets addressed, because I’m not dealing with that kind of attitude again.

I had the best experience, this morning. First, yesterday I got drinks that weren’t sweetened, so today I told the adorable girl at the window that I want to make sure they were sweet this time. She told me they would be sweetened and that they’d cover the cost of our order, because we didn’t get good ones yesterday. Both girls at the window were so helpful. 100 percent recommended, and don’t be afraid to let them know if something is wrong with your order. thank you!

Why is the other coffee shop, Tim Hortons, line wrapped around the building and no one at this Starbucks? I found out. My splash of cream, specifically asked for 1/4”, turned into heavier cream. With no rush of people and at $6 a cup, they have to do a better job. Rather than give a canned answer about contacting their CS department, management at the store needs to set the tone. All of the reviews are similar. Problem identified, now comes the process to fix. Business is quite simple but takes effort.
