Wow! Such great food at a great price. Fabulous burgers and fries. Not too many places to sit but on a Saturday night we were able to find a table. My only irk is that our drinks and milkshakes were forgotten about and we had to ask. Behold they were made and forgotten about in the kitchen.

Delicious food! The Dbl Cowboy is huge absolutely delightful . The fries are so good they have a crusty outside and soft inside. They’re my favorite in town. I highly recommend this place it opens after Memorial Day weekend I believe and is only open seasonally through Sept. Or Oct.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Awesome diner burger, great milkshakes, and friendly service. It’s a little small inside, so you may not be able to get a table, (it’s a popular spot,) but there are picnic tables outside. There’s a sign that says they offer carhop service. I’ll definitely stop here if I find myself in the middle of nowhere, Idaho again. Definitely a diamond in the rough.

We stopped for lunch at the Lost River Drive-In the day after the eclipse. The food was surprisingly good at this small diner in a town of under 1,000 people. While not fancy, my grilled chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve had! My daughter is vegetarian so was worried if there would be anything she could eat, but she did okay with a grilled cheese sandwich and a salad. Would definitely stop there again if in the area.

What a cute little restaurant! We ordered a taco salad, fires, and a bacon burger! SO GOOD! The taco salad was DELICIOUS. The prices were really reasonable and the wait time was completely within reason. I highly recommend the Lost river drive in.

Just left, we had a cowboy burger, sticky finger salad, raspberry shake, marshmallow shake, onion rings, tater tots and fry sauce. Everything was homemade deliciousness. There is nothing like a drive-in when it’s done right. The ladies that took our order and served us were kind and helpful. The food was soo good!! You just can’t get this food in big cities, you have to find these treasures off the beaten path.
