Tonight we stopped in (Halloween) and there was one staff member (Marcus) working. He was very busy but kept on working. I was there with my special needs son. He is very food sensitive and wanted a meatball pepperoni but there were no meatballs ready. The employee let us know it would be about 10 min and went to work to get the meatballs going. He never made us feel like an inconvenience. There isn’t much else my son will eat there. We sat and waited. We didn’t even know the meatballs were ready. Between customers the employee went to work making our sandwich so we didn’t have to get back in line. We ate inside and during that time the employee handled multiple customers and always with the steady and helpful attitude that definitely got the job done and kept customers happy. The poor employee made the best of his situation and yes I left a big tip. I hope his manager sees this.

Ariana and autumn were the girls working when we got our sandwiches . Not only did they have a bad attitude but they are touching their phones and texting with the same gloves they’re are making sandwiches with . While standing in there my boyfriend overheard them saying they are not going to remake a sandwich they incorrectly made for someone else who was deathly allergic to onions . When he got to the car I realized they wrung him up wrong for one of the sandwiches and the other one was made wrong and DOUCED in mustard like seriously an insane amount . They locked the doors early so I was unable to go back and talk to them about it . Bad attitudes , unsanitary, and unacceptable. These girls should not be working in customer service let alone with food .

I had the WORST customer service experience ever with the manager. I bought three bags of chips and a soda yesterday. I ate it in the parking lot and refilled it when I went in to buy more chips. This manager yelled at me and told me that I couldn’t have a refill – because I ate in the parking lot? Extremely stupid move since a refill cost .02 cents (I’ve worked at a restaurant). I will never go in there again. What stupid and unfriendly staff. Alaska generally has the worst service I’ve ever see but this was crazy. No one would ever do that in the lower 48, trash.

We went in and one of the employees was pretty frantic and seemed to be upset, I understand it was pretty busy and he was overwhelmed. We had asked him to change his gloves as he had just helped someone check out and was touching the computer and money, and he got upset and threw a little fit about it and then came back with new gloves and threw my sandwich together very sloppy and wrapped it up with all the veggies not in the sandwich. I’m not one to complain but really? My boyfriend (who asked him to change his gloves) was in no way mean or rude about it. Just want to bring it to the manager/owners attention to talk to them about changing their gloves more often and how important it is.

I believe it was last Saturday but I had some awesome service from Jason. He was the only one at subway working and there was a huge line. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was pretty fast for being the only one. Not only was he making everyone’s order but also taking online orders too. His great attitude had made me feeling welcomed and made my day. I would definitely come back for service like that!!
