The tacos pastor was amazing! The tortillas are perfect and I eat a lot of tacos. Some of the best tacos you can find outside of Mexico. Rice and beans were delicious! Real Authentic Oaxacan food. This family is so kind and helpful. The watermelon drink tastes like you are drinking a fresh watermelon! So good! Muy rico!!

Experience – Staff was really kind and food came out quickly. The molé was fantastic. A less sweet and more spicy version than expected. The chicken was fall off the bone tender. Note – there was enough molé to take home and make an entire second dish. The huarache was also really nice, albeit a more simple flavor profile than the molé. Dining was a covered area to keep you out of the sun or rain, which was appreciated.
Environmental – 4 stars. Used paper board plates, paper to go cups and had a recycling bin. Used plastic utensils and plastic sauce cups, which stinks, otherwise would have gotten 5 stars for the environment.
Cost – molé was $20, which isn’t cheap, but the volume and quality made it worth it. Haurache with eggs (instead of meat) was $12, a fair value

Instead of getting a plate of tiny tacos just get ‘1 ‘pueblo’ taco. We all have had Asada , chicken and my favorite Carnitas. It’s 5.00 and will fill you. There’s a picture menu and picnic table style covered seating.

Delicious food, great value, and friendly service. My father and I bought got carne asada burritos and enjoyed them, they were pretty loaded and packed with flavor. Definitely hit the spot on a road trip.

This is my favorite Mexican place to eat, the food here is seriously so delicious—their tamales are the BEST i’ve ever had. Perfect amount of spiciness. the family who owns it is so kind and food is always ready quick. There’s an awesome covered area with comfy seats to sit and eat. Love this place and recommend it to everyone.
