Refused to add a tea to my order at the window, added to much almond milk to my oatmilk and was not steamed so oatmeal did not soften even after allowing it to sit for 10 min. Watery mush. Ordered my usual tall quad latte and I can not taste any expresso only almond milk. Very disappointed in this location and will not be returning for a while. If I pay for 4 extra shots give me 4 extra shots and less milk. It is not that difficult to comprehend.

I haven’t visited Starbucks in a while due to inconsistencies in how the drinks are prepared. Today, I decided to give it another try. I ordered a venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso. Unfortunately, I was only able to take a few sips because the cup was filled with ice to the top. I was quite disappointed to have spent $9 on mostly ice.

This is my favorite coffee shop by far! I love staff and service SO much, and I come here everyday. Most staff members know me by name now. This is why it pains me to write this, but I am disappointed. There is one employee named Sydney who ALWAYS messes up my order (the same one I get every single day) and then she always has an attitude about fixing her mistake. For example, I always get a flat lid on my VENTI drinks..and I ALWAYS say it at the speaker. I order my usual, flat lid and venti and I get a big lid in a tall cup? So I simply express that’s not what I ordered and that I needed the bigger size with a flat lid. After this, the lovely window lady tells Sydney the problem and Sydney chose to yell loud enough for me to hear her that “she needs to say that at the box” like excuse me? How unprofessional, wrong, and INCORRECT. Every other order taker is so lovely and even writes my name on the cup because they know my order so well. I expressed to Sydney that I DID state my entire order at the box and she ignored me. Her solution to making my drink the wrong size was to pour the smaller drink into a bigger cup and add ice with more cold foam. This is unacceptable..especially on a Monday morning at 7am. This is the second time Sydney has completely messed up my order and had an attitude about it, thus my review.

Since becoming diabetic my whole way of eating and drinking had to change. I went into Starbucks with my daughter not knowing what to get. I explained to the Barista I was newly diabetic and was there any options for me. Even though the store was crowded he went over everything with me. He told me they had sugar free syrups and could put Splenda in things. I got a Hot Jade Citrus Mint Tea with Splenda and it was pretty good. The seating area was nice and clean and the staff gave superior service. Was a great experience. Its nice to know there are options being diabetic.

I come here to study a lot and everyone here is super nice. I didn’t know what drink I wanted when I first started coming and the barista Alaysia was super patient and gave me a couple options from some flavors I liked and I get the drink every time now. I love the lighting too.
