Features Thai cuisine. Nice, calm atmosphere with soft music. Decor is high ceilings with exposed HVAC pipes. Understated Asian decoration. My shrimp tom yum was very good – flavorful broth with pieces of fresh ginger and lemongrass, and just the slightest amount of heat that hits the back of the throat. Fried calamari had a tempora style coating – also very good.

It’s just okay for me. I got pad see ew shrimp and crispy spring rolls and it was $30. I know prices are up everywhere but honestly what does this cost to make? The pad see ew was kind of bland even though it looked flavorful and also veered slightly sweet. The spring rolls were not crispy at all and also kind of bland. That said, this is the best Thai in Essex which is kinda sad.

This was definitely the best pad Thai I have ever had! Super pretty, clean, cozy establishment. Very spacious and comfortable staf was so nice I highly recommend the mango curry!! Wow. price was beyond reasonable for the flavor and fresh ingredients. Service was very fast yet the food did not look nor taste reheated at all.
I honestly can’t find anything I disliked! You can really tell how much love and effort the owners put into mango Thai! We will definitely be eating here again and very often! I hope their business booms! They definitely deserve it

This place was great! The service was very fast, maybe 5 minutes for our drinks and appetizers and another 5-10 for entrees. Ambiance is quite nice, lots of pictures hanging around and a calming but colorful atmosphere. The food was also very good, I got the spicy basil with pork and thoroughly enjoyed the mix of spices and fresh seeming ingredients. Altogether great, criminally undervisited restaurant!

What a marvelous surprise! We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at Mango in Essex Jct, Vermont. The presentation and food quality were absolutely first class Thai cuisine.
The presentation of the many dishes was simply stunning. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
No soda or water glass was left unfilled.
The atmosphere was fresh and new, although Mango has been open for two years. There was a variety of comfortable seating arrangements. Our party of six chose a long table with comfortable chairs. Conversing with the people at our table was easy and delightful. The ambient sound levels were very minimal.
We can hardly wait for our next visit. Mango is certainly deserving of 5 Google stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spring roll was huge and fresh. Lots of basil in the center. Came with two tasty dipping sauces: one a soy/hoisin base, another peanut with a little five spice. Tasty and reasonably priced.

Ample parking and spacious, clean restaurant. Servers provide timely service and the dishes are good. The ingredients were fresh and well prepared. We enjoyed vegetable spring rolls, fried tofu triangles, vegetable tom yum, beef pad see ew and chicken curry masaman.

Server openly mocked me for asking for my salmon to be well done when ordering; She kept saying “We dont do deep fried.” and mocking me for what I wasnt even asking for. In my attempt to see if they would do this small request if she simply understood I didnt mean that nor say that, no, not “deep fried” but simply seeing if it could be grilled a bit longer (a simple request every other Thai restaurant around here has no problem doing), my server continued to mock me as if my request was ridiculous and stupid, so we just left. Sadly, we tip well and are respectable and excellent patrons, but we wont be coming back. Your loss.

Have picked up takeout here on several different occasions, I love their liberal use of fresh spices like basil & bay leaves. They’re mindful about packaging, and will cut shapes out of the plastic cover to avoid condensation, which kept the coconut shrimp really crispy. Pick up has always been efficient. Would highly recommend!
