The manager needs to do a better a job with making sure she has enough staff there should not be only one person working during the late pm..This is consistent, not only that The quality of how the coffee is made. I asked I ordered something on the mobile app I was standing right there and I asked. Was this made correctly? And I know it wasn’t because I watched and they said yes. I tasted it. It was not made correctly. I didn’t even bother walking back in because there was a line and she was only one person again. That’s from the higher ups and do not tell me that they can’t hire more people cuz I know they can. It’s unfortunate, especially in a town like Pleasantville!

6/16/24, placed an order on dunkin mobile app totaling $46. When I arrived at dunkin they were unable to fill more than half of the order. Was told by staff, no manager working and no one knew how to refund purchase nor spoke English. They pointed to a sign that had the regional managers cell phone. I contacted manager, on speaker phone he asked employees several times who was working to which they stood there silent. He ordered them numerous times to open drawer and give refund, to which they did not respond. This went on for several minutes, the manager shouted to give refund or everyone would be fired! But, crickets! They either did not understand or didn’t care. After several minutes of this I walked out! The manager sent me a $50 gift certificate to make up for the $46 dollars lost. Unfortunately this was not good enough in my eyes. I waited several days and was never contacted, no follow up. Very surprised at this location, the manager, the decision to staff the place with 3 non English speaking employees and the reimbursement for such an awful experience. I will no longer be patronizing this location.

I will not be going here again. The staff were so unprofessional. The language that was coming out of one of the girls mouth was astonishing! People were in the store and she was very loud and vulgar! I was shocked! She was using the F word among other words. Not impressed!

So every morning I get a large coffee at this location. All the girls are extremely pleasant and friendly but nobody makes my coffee like Diana does. If she tells me to try something new I just go with it because she has never steered me wrong. 5 stars and well deserved.

Been going here for many years. Customer service has declined significantly since the owner is no longer there on a consistent basis. I use the app to order every morning and there is always a problem when I get there to pick it up. Yesterday, I ordered a decaf coffee with toffee nut swirl online. When I got there, it was just a medium plain black coffee. When I was finally able to pull one of servers away from chatting with her coworker, Maria came over and I questioned why it was just plain. In her broken English she said it was correct. After going back and forth, she finally called over another employee & I told her there was no swirl in my coffee. She said that toffee was not a swirl it was a flavor shot and it has no sugar. I then asked if she had any other swirls and she just looked at me like she didn’t understand what I was saying. After arguing for 2 minutes, the coworker looked around the store and found the swirl I was talking about. She said “oh it’s new”! She gave me a fresh coffee and I was finally on my way. This was just ridiculous and at 6am, I was really not prepared to have to fight over coffee. I think I’m going to go to the other location in Pleasantville from now on.

Clean bathroom and overall facility ,the lovely girl on site made the extra effort to even speak in Spanish to my mom when she was ordering her coffee, thank you for being so welcoming !
