This time we Ordered on DoorDash, after ordering over the phone multiple times. We continue to try to support this place but it just not worth it. Ordered some flautas and got flavorless, soggy, burnt “flautas” stuffed with tinga. On the plus side the shrimp cocktail had a good amount of shrimp and was flavorful.

If you’re craving Mexican food, this place is incredible! The flavors were bold and authentic, portions were overly generous, and the prices were very fair. Service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere had such a welcoming feel. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great food and great people!

Great authentic food! They have it all. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Call in an order and it’s ready when I get there. A little pricey but no different than a meal at a local fast food joint. Must try the carne asada fries!

Decent enough to stop and grab a bite. Carnitas were pretty good. Nachos too. Tacos Jalisco were pretty soaked in grease but they are sorta supposed to be.

Been to this place twice and was not impressed. Either time first time I tried to get a combination of a taco and an enchilada and they won’t do that. You have to have two of the same thing I thought how ridiculous. Yesterday we decided to try the breakfast burritos got there when they opened. Had to wait 20 minutes Only to find out that these overpriced burritos are mainly refried beans and not much of a potato bacon no cheese at all. I’ve had way better for way less.

Is this 5 star dining? No, but the food is always very good and priced well. Quick service from friendly staff, I am assuming this is a family operation. The in house salsas, fruit drinks, cookies, and horchata are excellent! Dayton is lucky to have this restaurant and Left Coast Pizza so close so we don’t have to drive to Carson City for a quick bite! Always happy to support a small business.

Bought marinated carne asada, started to cook it and it smelled spoiled. Took back the cooked meat and he said it’s fine but will exchange if I want which I did. I told him to trash the meat I cooked he said yes and went into the restaurant side and got a food prep bin to use the cooked meat on the restaurant side, eww. I got home with the new meat and same situation smelled spoiled before I cooked it, took it back for a refund and he took the meat out of the bag and put it back into the display case to resale. So yea not going back for meat or to eat at the restaurant side.
