First of all, we are really happy they have dine-in now, so we got to enjoy our pizza hot and fresh from the oven. Crust was thin and crisp but not brittle, excellent chewy texture, the toppings (we ordered a Meat Lovers) were generous and didn’t make the crust soggy at all. On the the night of our visit they were trying out a new soft serve machine, so we samples that too. Delicious and really dense.

This place has been very hit or miss lately. Just ordered a pizza and I was missing one of the toppings and it wasn’t cut. Last time I went in the pizza was unrecognizable, cheese all tilted to one side and gross.
Was my favorite in Winthrop but I’ll have to go to Odyssey Grill from now on, especially for the price this place is charging.

A decent quality and reasonabe price but inconsistent…. in both quality and price. Pizza by slice is a hit or miss (sometimes larger/smaller, fresh/burnt) and credit vs cash comes with some unpredictable “rounding”

Called to place an order for the first time trying to support local business. Guy on the phone was super short acted like I was bothering him with our pickup order. Tried to order wings just said “ we don’t have those” not I’m so sorry we are out of those tonight. Didn’t let me finish ordering before asking for my name. Tried to add mozzarella sticks at the end and got hung up on. I called right back cause I’d rather spend my money somewhere that actually appreciates our business. A little phone etiquette goes a long way.

They need to do better serving the pizza hot. I’m told 30 minutes, I arrive and my pizza is sitting in a box on top of the oven. The wings come out hot from the oven and are packaged. Then we wait another 5-7 minutes while the kid takes a phone order (put the call on hold and just grab my pizza) and my pizza gets cold. There’s no excuse for this when there’s 3 people working and one of them is pretty much standing around. I won’t be back because of that. Don’t tell people 30 minutes when the pizza comes out earlier and it sits on the oven, dries out and then you could care less about giving it to me while you take a phone call.
