Our first time, and the menu itself is an adventure. The cocktails and coffee related drinks, alcoholic and non, are a long list. A younger adult member of our part got a gin based drink with a variety of fruit flavors; she loved it, and so did I but I would have had to ask someone else to drive home. A simple Prosecco with pineapple juice was fine for me. There are craft beers on taps, along with wines by the glass.
The menu seems to have a southern accent to it. I had one of their favorite items, “Whipped eggs with pimento cream cheese. salmon and toast. The salmon was a fine piece of fish and it went well with the fluffy eggs; I didn’t bother with the toast, as I felt satisfied with the main components of the dish.
Another one of our party had the “Southern Style (bone-in) Fried Chicken with Waffles and Jalapeno Maple Syrup (on the side).” It was a whole half chicken and even the wings were nicely done. The guest napkins are ample, but bring wet napkins or something for messy fingers!
Everyone takes home boxes and seems in a great mood. There are Hopes all around the Cities and the founders have franchised the operations, but people we met spoke equally well about the Edina location. Your experience will b enhanced by making a reservation and by being on time to claim it.

Came in with a large party and they were very accommodating. Everyone in the party was happy with what they ordered and there was such a nice variety of menu options to choose from!
I will say, honestly this cream cheese frosting was way too sweet for me and the pancakes themselves, the house speciality sourdough pancakes, were so heavy I could only eat a little bit of them. I brought the rest home 🙂
I tried some of my sisters chicken fried steak which was excellent- their gravy was flavorful!
I would like to come back again and try more options!

It was our first time here. Very clean, cute, and organized. Very friendly staff & service. Our breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio. I liked the way they served my coffee, and you can bring extra home in a to go cup. We will definitely be back.

Food was excellent, love all of the choices- truly something for everyone. Drink menu too! Our sever was Justin and he was efficient and hilarious! Love the vibe inside- yes it’s a little loud but did not in any way impact our ability to have a conversation. I’m thrilled Hope is in our community!

Visited on 4 Nov @ 1015-ish. Quiet, clean, well organized seating. Greeted promptly by the hostess and assigned a table of my choice. (Not very many customers at the time). Waitress was attentive and checked in multiple times to ensure I had everything (coffee, ketchup, extra sides, more coffee). She was not overbearing and exuded a professional attitude.
Would recommend this place everyday. I had the Hope Breakfast with an extra serving of hashbrowns. They even through in some jalapenos with the hb and it wasn’t even on the menu. Love places like this! Thank you Hope Breakfast!

Came here for the first time for Valentine’s Day brunch – super cute atmosphere, the food was awesome, and pretty consistent prices with getting brunch anywhere else. Definitely will come back and try other things on the menu!

Justin N may have been the best server in the entire universe. When I tell you this guy has 1 speed, and its super. All while providing the up most exceptional service WITH a smile. Pretty sure there was maybe 3 of him with how fast he was but cannot yet confirm. They also saved my family from a burning building, explained how relative theory worked and taught us the meaning of life. 5 stars would eat here again.

Was in today just before noon. Justin was hosting and serving alone, covering 10+ tables/20+ people all by himself. He busted his ass, was gracious, knowledgeable, kind and always with a smile on his face. The food was fab (huuuge potions!) and the coffee even better. I’m so happy to support such a wonderful business, doing wonderful things in our community, and with such great staff too!
