There were not many options around my location for takeout. This Chinese restaurant surpassed my expectations. I have the frequent craving for Chinese and I was in need of moo shu. Having arrived, I was pleased with the close intimate kitchen and authentic oriental family owned atmosphere. I paid an awesomely low price for a huge quantity of very good cabbage, vegetables, and pork. It’s unusual for me to write a review but this place gave me exceptional attention. When I will be in Destin/Shalimar needing Chinese, this place will be the one.

If you want good Chinese food, don’t go here. I got orange chicken and it honestly tasted nothing like orange chicken 🙁 the fried rice is yellow rice, and honestly was not good. Everything tastes off. My husband got lemon chicken and also tasted off. All the chicken was mushy unfortunately. Nothing we got was good. I will say the portion sizes are pretty big, but what’s the point if I can’t bear to eat the leftovers because it’s nasty.

Pork fried rice that is yellow? Taste off as well, also the szechuan chicken tasted like it was made in sweet and sour sauce and everything tasted pretty old. Also, it smelled bad in the restaurant when I picked up my order. Will not be a return customer.

We wanted to try some Chinese and choose this place. Its cheap chinese but really good!!!!! I will say it’s not your normal fried rice. Its yellow rice. But is still good. I got the chicken low mein and my husband got the steak and peppers. Everything we ate had a ton of flavor!! I do wish they had some hot sauce though. But overall a great place to eat. It does have a small area. So, I would order it to go.

Havent been to this place in about five years, but had very fond memories. This place is not what it used to be. Lunch special is $15. Breading is a quarter inch thick ,stringy dry chicken, ordred steamed rice end up with a weird rice pudding instead and sesame seed sauce taste like ketchup with sugar and soy sauce. Won’t be coming here again.

I love their chicken on a stick so much that I periodically check their reviews just to see if anyone else has discovered the secret yet and finally reviewed it. This is not red, dried out chicken on a stick. This is actual fried chicken on a stick. It’s ten stars. Just order one as a meal. ❤️

The food here is absolutely delicious! We love to get their chicken teriyaki on a stick, fried shrimp, egg rolls, crab rangoons, fried rice, lo mein, general tso’s, and more! You can’t go wrong! We love Chinese food and have probably tried every Chinese restaurant in Fort Walton but this is hands down our favorite.
