The staff here are extremely rude. I ask for extra napkins and she responded with there is one in your try. I said I am asking for extra napkins. She was acting like she is paying out of her own pocket. Customer service is horrible here. Never again will I come to this location. I should have know by the bad reviews.

What happened to Panda Express? the quality of the food has dropped a lot, the food has no any taste anymore, the service is terrible, they are forgetting everything, they don’t offer forks, sauces, napkins, and there is no communication between them, when one of the flavors of the soft drinks runs out, they don’t even know and They serve carbonated water as if it were soda. The teriaky chicken was really bad “without teriaky” because they always forget the teriaky sauce.
I have a lot of things to complain about about this place, I don’t recommend it to anyone, and I will never eat here again

First time eating at this place. I had to repeat 4 times of what I wanted. She had to ask how to serve it. The manager next to her. Probably a trainee. The manager was folding boxes getting ready to put food in the boxes. She dropped one on the floor, picked it up ( right in front of me) and placed it back on the food counter! Big no no! Now there’s contamination both on the box and counter. Too bad I didn’t have my cam on. Not going there again.

Panda Express inside Hillsdale mall. Arrived around 11:20 am on a Friday.
Got 2 meals. Pretty fast service. Generous portions. They were low on orange chicken. I was politely asked if I could wait 2 minutes for fresh. No problem. New dish seared steak and shrimp is really good.
