We were there on 7/19/25, later in the evening on a Saturday night with a bachelorette party. The bar was pretty full with mixed ages of people. They did have a band that had played for like 45 more minutes after we got there. There were a lot of people that were dancing and enjoying themselves. This is a large bar.

This is one of the coolest and friendliest bars around. Staff and patrons are awesome, just a great welcoming atmosphere, reasonable prices, overall great place. Solid 5 stars.

Haven’t tried the food if they have food not very apparent Services pretty good definitely like the atmosphere especially in the winter with the smoking Shaq in the back pool table gambling machines Dart area and bean bag area overall a fun place to go on a Thursday Friday night

This is the most friendly place I’ve ever been. The atmosphere is so comfortable and charming that even on my first visit I felt right at home. Jan, the bartender is an absolute treasure! We were lost trying to find a seller of some tires that we had met through Face Book. Jan was so helpful. She went above and beyond to get us on the right track. She’s such a sweetheart! If you’re looking for a nice hometown hangout or just passing through, stop at Lil’s and tip Jan well!

I went into the place for the first time and paid 3.50 for my first drink and then my food came and I really like the wings so I gave the bartender that only work’s on Thursday 20.00 for food and a drink and she gave me back 3.00 and she said I owed her. She’s so wrong and if she wasn’t fluttering with all the men and sitting on the other side of the bar with some man having a drink and the man beside her had exposed himself to her and she laughed. She told me not to ever come and I said who are you
to say that to a new customer. The point is that she’s taking my money and lied and said I gave her a 10.00

I’m senior citizens looking for a good place to visit and enjoy .
I was so disappointed . I was referred from someone I know this had to be the place.
I don’t enjoy giving a bad reference she actually expected a tip and that’s the reason she treated me this way and I said you haven’t earned a tip for bad customer.

Wow!! What a great place to visit!! Friendly staff, cold beer in a frosted mug, great menu, HUGE BAR… of the beaten path but worth it for sure.

What a hidden gem right along the river road along the Mississippi. Excellent food, the rings and curds are homemade!! Wings are soo good too. A must stop when traveling through Cochran.
