By far the slowest Starbucks location I’ve ever been. This morning there was no cars in front of me at the drive through but yet it took 15 minutes to make my drink. 3 employees working and you could see them walking around doing nothing. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location in Rochester, they’re nice and fast.

Busy as heck during a Sunday in the holiday season and they’re so darn nice. I always get great service here, whether it’s dive thru or instore. Each of them working fast, some are seasoned and others are training (welcome aboard, new partners!), but all doing their best. Keep up the great work!

Bad service and disappointing drinks. I purchased a venti drink and it was about 90% ice, with only 10% actual liquid—honestly less than the size of a tall. The drink itself was barely there, which is unacceptable for the price. Very poor experience overall. I do not recommend this location.

On a positive note, this is a great location for me and I find the staff very friendly. No issues with the people or the quality of product (although my spinach/feta wrap was cold last week). However, this is by far the slowest Starbuck’s I’ve ever been to, and I’m basing this on several visits. It’s gotten to the point where if I see 3-4 cars I just park out front and go in. It often takes several minutes just to get a couple cars through the drive thru in the morning. I think it would be a good idea to have an outside party come in and evaluate the operations for improvement. I’m a patient person, and not a complainer, yet I do expect better from Starbucks.

As someone who gets Starbucks every other day, I can say that I’ve never gotten a strawberry refresher here that actually tastes like strawberry. It’s as if employees are buying the ingredients themselves so they’re being stingy on how much they put into my drink. I once had a manager argue with me that it’s supposed to taste like water instead of strawberry and lemonade. If you like refreshers go down the road to Auburn because you’re not gonna actually get one here.

This starbucks is slow and I’m pretty sure they make you wait on purpose. Only 1 car ahead of me in drive thru and I waited 15 minutes and when I finally got my iced coffee they put whip cream on it when I ordered without. Unbelievable!!

I can’t believe how terrible this place is! I go to Starbucks because I enjoy their coffee, but every time I walk in, the workers are so rude and have such bad attitudes. It’s honestly a struggle to even want to go back. The only reason I do is because it’s close to my house, but every time I go, whether it’s inside or at the drive-thru, the service is just as awful. Not a single smile, just rude remarks. They act like they don’t even care about the customers. It’s like they want you to grab your coffee and leave as soon as possible. I feel so unwelcome every time I’m there. I swear, even if all the other Starbucks locations closed down, I would never step foot in this one again. Whoever own this place. You have to talk to all your employees again.

This Starbucks is fairly new and was our favorite until recently. There are a significant number of new employees and they have trouble making a consistent and good cup of coffee. We asked for the latte to be remade two times and after the second time the server locked the window and turned around. I am not sure we will frequent this location anymore.

Clean and popular location. Sufficient seating, tables were clean. I was surprised when they brought my food out on a nice plate and then my shaken espresso was in a real glass!
