This location has completely gone down the DRAIN! First it wouldn’t accept coupons, NOW don’t want to heat sub due to electricity, want to charge extra for extra veggies – it’s just NOT what subway is supposed to be. Today was our last visit to this location! I’ll travel further just to get a sub the way I WANT IT!

I will not be going back. They don’t take coupons, which really sucks. The food is expensive enough for the quality of the sandwiches to not take them. They actually made a sign and put it up in front of us, which wasn’t there when we placed the order. Nothing but a rip off. Subways might as well stop printing the coupons if none of the locations honor them. I should have waited for them to complete the order, present the coupon, have them say they won’t honor it, then just walk out leaving it on the counter.

They have a lid that you are unable to see the neat and cheese area. You would think its for keeping everything cold and for no contamination. But not on the vegetable side. Been there 3 times and for now on will refuse to spend 25$ on a foot long and a 6 inch sub with almost no meat. Final straw was when i went up to buy extra meat for my child’s sub the man at the register was extremely rude. Next time i will drive 5 minutes up the road just to never spend my money there again.

Placed an order through the app, show up to pick up my order and the woman working explained to me the person who made my food messed up the order. She said it was only her 2nd day but then tried to make me take the food even though it was wrong? Why would I take something I didnt order? I dont care how many days they’ve been here, teach them to read and do it the right way, you don’t make someone take food they didnt pay for. I made the remake it and yes I got my food, but not the point. The service is always horrible. 3rd time they’ve messed up and 2nd time theyve tried to make me accept and order that I didnt pay for.

The Best Subway around. Both of the owners have always been friendly every time we’ve been there which is regularly. Fresh ingredients and great selections.

People complaining about the coupons need to realize it says right on them not every place may participate.

Friendly service and great location make this our favorite Subway!

This Subway location steals your money. I made purchases through the app that THEY cancelled. They still charged my bank account. They would not give me food or my money back. I filed a claim through my bank and they are fighting it! Ridiculous and HIGHLY unprofessional for a business to steal money from loyal customers!

The woman seemed rude, there were a couple issues with our food and things missing from our online order. When I got home with our sandwiches I tried calling to see if anything could be done a couple times and no answer everytime. I’ll try calling in the morning again.
The guy that was here this morning was super nice, fixed the order. And remade everything. Awesome service from this guy.
