My boyfriend and I tried a little of everything when we first came in for a visit and everything was amazing. The donut flavors are so creative and different than any other bakery. We also loved the corn dogs, specifically the one covered in Better Made chips.

Stopped in for the first time this morning and actually when I walked into the store, I thought I walked into the wrong business. When I went online, I had the impression this was a donut shop My mistake this is more of a sweet shop. I would call it. Yes, they do sell donuts but they sell a lot of other things. I did not see the donuts at first because like I said, I thought it was a donut shop and then I realized there’s a glass counter by the register small glass counter with donuts and there was probably 20 maybe more different varieties All very beautifully decorated Since this was my first time here, I asked the young lady working at the counter. How does this work? This is my first time here is there a discount if I buy a dozen or more? She looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language and didn’t understand I said again normally if you go into a cookie shop or a donut shop if you buy something by the dozen, you may be offered a discount do you do that here yes or no And she said, well…. We have boxes come for one, four and six but I charge you per donut. So just for you following along, there is no discount the more you buy, which was fine. But she clearly didn’t understand the question so OK I decided to buy six donuts and give it a try. The total for six donuts was $19.08 and yes I understand baked goods are expensive so I had no problem with that.
Once I got home and offered them to my family, everybody was ooohimg and ahhhhing at how beautiful the donuts were but when it came to eating and tasting them, they’re just OK nothing great They make a cute presentation if you need to bring a box to somebody’s house for a gift Would I go there again and just buy donuts randomly no But I will keep them in mind if I need a quick gift for a host

We stopped by Mochinut in West Bloomfield for their ribbon cutting with the Chamber of Commerce and really enjoyed the visit. I tried the purple sweet potato latte—great flavor and a fun, unique option! It was a bit on the creamy side for me personally, as I’m lactose intolerant, but I can see it being a hit with others.
We also picked up a 3-pack of donuts—glazed and cookies & cream—and loved the texture. Since they use rice flour, the donuts are unique and chewier than traditional ones in the best way. I even had one the next day and was impressed by how well it held up.
The interior was clean and bright, with a simple, modern feel. We had seen that some other Mochinut locations offer soft serve, which we were looking forward to, but this one had ice cream instead. Still a great treat—we just hope to see more dairy-friendly options in the future!
Overall, it was a great first impression and a fun experience. We’re excited to support a new business in the community and look forward to visiting again!

Just came here for a small birthday party of 6. It was amazing and so accommodating. Good vibes, good music, great staff. They’re willing to help and give you little extras if you ask. The selection is so wide you will definitely find something that works for you. The owner with tattoos is always very friendly and great to talk to when I come in. Thanks for a great time again guys!

DELICIOUS FOOD!!! The desserts are to die for!!! The employees are super friendly and make your order quickly! The entire place is one big Instagram photo op, including your food, which not only tastes amazing, but has super cute presentation!!! There’s spots specifically designed to pose for photos, and the employees are happy to take pictures! Definitely a favorite!!!

My family stopped in on Sunday for some donuts and we loved it! The Donuts were absolutely delicious. We got a box of three and we ate all of them they were so delicious! 10/10 customer service, I believe it was a father and daughter duo running the shop and it reminded me of my childhood working with my family business. We will be back to try more goodies and eat more donuts! I do recommend the owner try out some local farmers markets to increase foot traffic and become more involved in the community, I would love to see them at a community staple!

Mochinut West Bloomfield is such a fun and delicious spot! The mochi donuts are perfectly chewy on the inside and lightly crisp on the outside — totally different from your regular donut. They always have a great mix of flavors; my favorites were the ube, strawberry funnel cake, and churro. Each one looks beautiful and tastes even better.
The staff here are super friendly and patient, even when it’s busy. The store itself is clean, bright, and has that cute aesthetic that makes you want to take pictures of everything. The drinks are also a nice surprise — the brown sugar milk tea pairs perfectly with the donuts.
