I didn’t even order anything because the attitude from the lady was so bad!!

I had to use the bathroom, so I asked if I could & she said “no..” then she proceeded to tell me “it’s busy” & I said “I know..no problem..when she gets out (an older customer..possibly family member the way they helped her in..)??” She told me I can find one somewhere else as “the bathroom is for paying customers”!! I have no problem with that!! I told her “How do U know I’m not a paying customer?? I feel like Ur very rude & disrespectful & U don’t even know anything!! I don’t mind paying, but U came at me rude with attitude!! I really don’t appreciate the way U came at me!!” She didn’t really have nothing much to say after that..so I just went elsewhere!!

First list start off by saying these people in this establishment have no clue of English and I’m a Mexican American. I can fluently speak both. Let’s clear that up. however, today I had my daughter stop in and get me a sandwich not only was this employee disrespectful and rude. She didn’t even make the sandwich as I was on the phone with my daughter telling her what I wanted she brought it home. There was hardly any meat there was hair in my food. There was no lettuce nothing of what my daughter spoke to her was in my sandwich and it was a hard as a rock and we live down the street that’s the first issue. The second issue is when I came back because my daughter Apple paid them the other lady in the front when I asked to speak to the manager she looks stunned, like she didn’t understand me. I wasn’t gonna speak Spanish cause I don’t need to you need to understand English, especially if I come in there as a paying customer, she says there’s no manager. I said OK I open my sandwich. I said there’s hair in this food and I want another sandwich made properly. This is not what I ordered so she proceeds to get on the phone and call whomever as I am taking pictures of their license, I’m taking pictures of everything that has to do with this establishment. All 99% of us can’t be wrong about this restaurant. Look at your reviews so after she hangs up the phone with whom ever she speaking to you cause I’m videotaping the whole conversation she proceeds to make my sandwich while the other girl that helped. My daughter finally comes out from the back because she was scared for whatever reason I have no clue so as she wraps up my sandwich, she tells me next time have a receipt. I said I did. I showed you my Apple Pay. She says that’s not a receipt lady you better get up to speed legal binding. Documentation is Apple Pay as I showed you and it shows your establishment the address and what I paid. !!! This place needs to be closed down and new owners need to take over. You guys pay low wages for my heritage people, but they need to understand English too not just Spanish and their customer service skills need to be impeccable. I usually go to the Eastside subway off Mckee because I never have issues there. I will never come back to this nasty nasty subway.!

I’m in front of the store and it’s 9:19 p.m. They closed the door. When the employees saw me, they went behind the kitchen to avoid serving me. Such poor service. It says it’s open until 9:30 p.m.

This is my second time coming here. I don’t like the way they make sub. This is really expensive than other subway in Milpitas. I took only veggie deli with no veggie patty and they over charged everything. They put veggies very very less. I needed to mention on every veggie to put a bit more. It seemed I was begging for making a sub with veggies. Very annoying and unfriendly. They are just doing it for the sake of doing.l. I mostly go near able street. That place is far better and less expensive than this one. They have good customer service and friendly staff.

Good sandwiches and pretzel footlongs and fast and the ppl behind the counter were nice and cool. Small and not special atmosphere but I think there’s at least 3 tables to choose from inside but hey, most of us just going for the food anyway

I came here to redeem a coupon, and the older Latina worker straight up created her own rules to the coupon and refused to make me any subs besides a select few. The coupon clearly says excludes pit smoked brisket and nothing else. She literally refused to make me my first choice sandwich because it was a DOLLAR more. The difference between 8.49 and 9.49. Ultimately, I asked for a BMT, ate it and was hungry 30 minutes later. Had I gotten my chicken bacon ranch with 400 more calories. Maybe I wouldn’t be as upset.

Please please please reprimand this woman. To be clear it was the older Latina worker, I didn’t catch her name as she did the bare minimum and passed it off to the younger Latina woman who was great. Just to be clear. This was on 9/28 roughly 1pm.

We never have a problem with our food or service from this Subway. The customers are rude and ignorant at times though and that just makes me tip more profoundly obvious. Parking was packed today but there is nothing wrong with a little walking. I’d give it 5 stars but all Subways have low portions of meat it seems unless you order double meat.

The lady who served my sub was showing way too much attitude for questions. She literally charged me a $10 for 6 inch chicken salad sub for which she put like a spoon of it in my sub.

Ladies who work here are very rude. You will definitely lose interest to order on your interaction with them. Stay away. Its better you stay fasting instead of eating here. I gave them 1 star because that’s the least i can give.
