It’s way better than most Wendy’s around the area.
For an online order, I received the food hot and fresh no issues, some places you order online and get your food cold. The staff there was helpful, I made a mistake when I ordered online and they fixed it when I went to pick up my food with no attitudes as well.
Helpful and friendly staff. Drive-thru as well was pretty clean, good customer service.

Every time I look over in the evening, the dining room area looks dark and it makes me think you guys are close and I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks that way to get more clientele. It wasn’t that bad but you could order and pay through one of two kiosks if needed; which I did at the time. Prices a little expensive for drinks, though.

Waited at the driver through for almost 8 minutes and no one would take my order. It’s supposed to be fast food, but I guess the memo never got to them. Their service in general is kinda bad, and with other burger places around. They are definitely not my only choice. Will I return? I’m 99% sure I won’t.

I went through the drive thru and purchased my food. I asked for a large strawberry lemonade , a large grape soda and and three chicken strips. He asks me if it was grape Fanta ? I said yes. MIND YOU, that’s the only grape flavor they have . When I went up to the window , the man with glasses and black short hair serviced me . While servicing me , I went into my wallet and pulled out FOUR DOLLARS . I also noticed that I had $1.05 cents in change . I used that as well. If you know how to add, you will know how much that is. He didn’t count it correctly and he served me a regular lemonade and the grape Fanta. Two things he got incorrect, the drink and my change . I’m not going to argue over change because I have no time for it. But I was saying to myself , I will never come back here again. When I said I asked for a strawberry lemonade , I asked for their HANDCRAFTED STRAWBERRY LEMONADE. He rolls his eyes and He gives me the cheap lemonade . I drank that and walked inside. Another worker , red haired worker comes up to me when I said he ripped me off with my change . He says to me, the worker with the red hair , he says to me, well things got expensive that’s why he took my money. And the other guy wanted to argue with me . I said NO I AM NOT ARGUING WITH . He was rude and yelling at me. I am not doing that back . I said I will REPORT AND PUT A NASTY REVIEW AND I DID. They are rude , disrespectful and RACIST . THEY BOTH THOUGHT I WAS STUPID AND WANTED TO ARGUE WITH AND TOOK MY MONEY . And I do not respect this place . I would NEVER BUY NOTHING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN

Wendys has always been awesome til today.
Customer service sucked. The female at the window obviously hates her job.
I asked for ketchup.. didn’t get any.
I didn’t even get a straw for my drink.
I hope the manager improves customer service from their employees who actually like their job and take pride. If not you have no business working with customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This location is basically new. Everything’s clean and service is quick. They have an outside patio dining area that offers shade as well. For all the other comments about how bad the service is here, I haven’t encountered any issues but highly recommend utilizing their phone app for mobile orders. It makes ordering so much easier plus you save time and money with their rewards program among other daily deal offers. Mobile orders can be picked up in the drive thru line but if it’s long, just quickly walk in and pick up your order from the mobile order pickup station that you can’t miss as soon as you walk inside (right across the registers). There’s always plenty of parking here but not sure how busy this location gets when the nearby school is let out.

On March 15, 2025, I ordered online and was double charged for one order. Also, I did not get everything I ordered. I was missing the Buffalo Nuggets. I noticed the double charge when I went online to check with my credit card company. Sure enough, i noticed 2 charges for the exact same amount on the same day.
When I called to rectify the issues, the person didn’t even apologize and didn’t even want to assist me. So, I notified my credit card company to dispute one of the charges. I also notified Wendy’s corporate office who now has assigned me a case number.
I will never go to this Wendy’s Restaurant again, which is located on Foothill Blvd ( Route 66) in Glendora.

Ordered from the drive thru and felt like I had to rush my order and there was absolutely no one else in line. Was told to park and wait for my food. When we got the food there was no ranch or BBQ for the nuggets like I requested. Went inside and the employee acts like its from her pocket that she had to give me them. Get home and 2 of my burgers are wrong. Second time this has happened and it won’t happen again. Will just make the drive to the lone hill location. Be better Wendy’s
