Jessica, Ashley, Emily, and Kyla were amazing! We had no idea ice cream could be so fun until we met those three young ladies. Super friendly and full of smiles and the beautiful shakes they made for us were almost too gorgeous to eat. In light of that, we ate them all and they were just as delicious as they looked.
A young man named Josh even helped with some cleanup that was needed and he was very friendly and helpful as well.
We will be back!

We got the cookie jar for 16$. The cookie didn’t hold on top and we were lucky we caught it mid air. It mainly was whipped cream and milk and didn’t even taste like anything other than milk. The cookie was just average. Very disappointing. Our daughter only ate and drank it because she felt it was too expensive to waste.

Ice Cream was very good, but the fact the hotel has pay to park is stupid. As a local, I am not staying at the hotel and the fact they wanted $20 for me to park is absolutely ridiculous, then pay for the ice-cream is stupid.
If you don’t pay, they have cameras in the lot and will mail you a bill 4 times the amount of the parking in the first place, then for you to use your card and pay it is another $10.
Absolutely money hungry. This hotel needs to do away with this. The beach is not that crowded where they are having issues of parking. Give the beach back to the locals!!!

Attention all ice cream lovers! This hidden gem inside the Spring Hill Suites was truly amazing. I am hardly an ice cream fan..until now! The staff works so hard, they are informative and attentive. We tried so many of the specials. Too many to choose from.

A friend recommend White Caps Sweets & Treats. She had stayed in the Springhill Suites and her family had had the ice cream here. Although we didn’t stay in the hotel we went in to try White Caps. We are so glad we did. It was some of the best ice cream I’d ever had. I got a single scoop of Salted Caramel Truffle with caramel topping. My husband got a root beer float. My daughter and her husband tried a specialty shake. Everything was great! Highly recommend!!!

Should be a zero star. We told the girl working the ice cream counter that we were interested in getting ice cream. Mind you we asked at 8:00pm….. Stayed in the lobby only feet away to eat pizza. Told us 9pm was closing.She closed it and sorry not sorry that’s poor business!!!! I get it shes young but thats no excuse to shut down shop prematurely. It states 9pm…. Tell me why she shut down at 8:30 when she knew we wanted ice cream!!!!!?

This place is in the Springhill Hotel. The milkshakes may seem expensive, but are definitely worth $16. They come with a snack on top depending on which shake you order. Very well presented and taste amazing as well.

We had an amazing experience at this little hidden gem, once we found where it was (inside the hotel, upstairs). We were not guests at the hotel, so we felt out of our element, but the guy behind the counter was SO friendly and helpful. He was the only one working and it was getting busy, but he did great. The desserts were absolutely fabulous and delicious! A few of us got the Marie Antoinette (pictured), my folks got the banana split one (can’t remember the name), and my family just got scoops with toppings, and everything was superb!

Friendly server. Variety of toppings. Conveniently located within Springhill Suites Hotel. I got Birthday cake ice cream with sprinkles and it hit the spot. There is seating inside, but you can also enjoy the dessert at the pool.
