We’ve finally tried the Tower Fries!
We tried three different types of fries; the buffalo mac and cheese, poutine, and bacon cheddar and ranch. The bacon cheddar and each was easily the best but all the toppings made the fries very soggy. I don’t like soggy fries so that was a little disappointing but the flavor was spot on. The other fries were good too, I’d say the poutine fries kept their crispiness the best.
They give a very large amount which can and should be shared. It’s worth a try but not something I’d get regularly.

Frozen fries instead of fresh-cut fries. I got the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Loaded Fry bucket, which runs about $11.50 with the Hersheypark Season Pass discount. The toppings weren’t bad but the fries were inedible by the time I got about half-way. They were so hard and dried out, I could not pierce them with the plastic fork.
Ended up throwing it away and counting it as a loss. I’d likely pay more if the product was better, or if it was fresh-cut fries. Service was fine for an amusement park stall.

PERFECTLY COOKED FRIES. The toppings are the right amount, i had the Disco Fry Bucket. Perfect fry to toppings ratio, not super greasy.

Buckets only half full, fries very greasy , plain bucket was full of burnt fries. I was told they can’t fill them if topping is ordered. Staff not willing to do anything about subpar quality of food. Total waste of $40 – unedible
