I placed my order at McDonald’s at 7:57 PM and didn’t receive my food until 8:11. The delay happened because my burger was made incorrectly and had to be remade before it was brought out. I had removed about 90% of the ingredients, so it shouldn’t have been a complicated order. I understand that mistakes happen, but when a customer ends up waiting fourteen minutes and the original meal needs to be tossed out, it would be a considerate gesture to offer the mistaken item rather than wasting it. Waiting that long only to receive a single corrected burger doesn’t feel like great service.
Unfortunately, the remade burger wasn’t much better. It was so dry that I had to add ketchup just to make it edible, which is something I was intentionally hoping to avoid. The Happy Meal I ordered was also cold and lacked freshness. Even though I specifically requested extra pickles and onions on the hamburger, it arrived with no pickles at all and a standard amount of onions.
We all make mistakes, but pride in preparation and attention to detail matter—especially in a kitchen environment.. Please read the tickets carefully and aim to get orders right the first time. And if errors do happen, consider compensating customers with the food that would otherwise go to waste. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect adequate service and a product made with care. Let’s do better.

No matter how many times I have reiterated that I wanted my food fresh and burgers plain in the drive speaker, and at both windows, they still get it wrong everytime. I ask for everything fresh, so they put well done on the ticket. I asked again and said this just means fresh and not well done right? Get home (2 mins away) open the bag and of course like every othertime, they got it wrong. Both burgers were dry (probably well done which is not what I wanted). I asked for both plain and they both had ketchup mustard and one pickle. If they would have made it with the 2 pickles like they are supposed to come, then I would have at least thought they tried, but like every othertime they didnt. In the past I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and I got 2 hot and spicys with cheese. I cannot make this up at all. Another time I waited 15 mins which was expected because I asked for it fresh. I get home 2 mins later and you can tell they just dropped the food back in the fryer or onto the grill that was sitting out (probably past their timer). I should have stayed away but it was convenient. But after this 3rd time, I am absolutely staying away and not letting anyone I know get let down. Stay clear and save yourself the headache. 0/10 if I could put it as a review. Save yourself avoid avoid avoid

I ordered a mcdouble which had litterally 4 pieces of onion and no pickles. The Mc crispy deluxe had 1 piece of tomato and 2 slices of pickles and about 4 shreds of lettuce. Why even put toppings on if that is what you are going to do? It takes no extra time to put more lettuce on I would actually assume its more difficult to get 4 pieces of shredded lettuce than a handful. I just don’t understand how that happens??? Also the fact that I pay extra for deluxe and get that is crazy.
The positives are we didn’t get asked to pull up and the staff was friendly.

I got a green egg on my suasage egg McMuffin, gross, the cashier told me it’s still good. Lol she told me it turns green because it sits in the temperature controlled steamer and turns green after 20 minutes and she said it still good for 2 hours after it turns green and gray. I’ll never go to McDonald’s again

If I could give a negative rating I would, McDonald’s in general is “you pay for what you get” it’s honestly pretty pathetic, and if it wasn’t for my kids begging for chicken nuggets I would never ever go there again, especially this location. E verything at this location is robotic and automated. I didn’t see a single staff member for the 40 minutes I was there, in the lobby or at the front cash register. Not to mention I ordered three happy meals and two large fries and the fries all had to be remade because they were ice cold, (We were the only people in the lobby when we arrived, and 1 person walked in for a pick up) this was the fish fillet my wife ordered , they said “throw it away we will remake it” not a single sorry or an apology for ice cold french fries or the sandwich looking like this, the managerial skills at this location are so lackluster I wouldn’t hire them to take my dog for a walk. I will never ever come back this McDonald’s again. (Closest food place for miles mind you)

I had an extremely bad experience at this McDonald’s tonight. The employee at the second window was rude and unprofessional. She gave me unsweetened tea and then rudely told me to move to the third window, clearly upset simply because I asked for my food to be made fresh—as if that’s unreasonable.
The manager came to the window, rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders, and said he could “try” to make more tea but that the sweetener “wasn’t working anyway.” He openly acted like he didn’t want to help and said his focus was “really just the grill,” even though he identified himself as the manager. That attitude alone speaks volumes.
I waited extra time for food I specifically requested to be fresh, just for it to come out cold and disgusting. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location.
I understand this is fast food, but that does not excuse rude behavior, lack of accountability, or disrespect toward paying customers. When people choose to spend their money here, they should not be treated unfairly or talked down to.

Contrary to popular belief at exactly 11:02pm one of us got a mcflurry and the other wanted a caramel sundae By the time we arrived through the drive thru after a rough late night I was pleasantly greeted friendly and welcoming truly a great experience We pulled up to the second window the woman working came to the window and was very genuine and honest that they were out of hot caramel That was okay I got hot fudge I got hot fudge still yummy equally as delectable Pleasant environment kudos to the night shifters wakanda forever

This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever gone too.. they had me in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes before I had to end up leaving without my food. This was a mobile order too.. ordered 10 minutes before I even arrived.. the refund process? No you can’t get a refund but you can come back and get your food at another time, if they remember. We got our food. But this is only one of several chaotic disasters we’ve had with this mcdonalds. I understand it’s fast food and im not expecting greatness.. but this is the most established system in fast food. How hard is it to just get orders right and within reasonable time? 1 star is probably too much.

When I ever go to this McDonald’s they make us wait after we order at the drive through when there is NO ONE else. I went there today to try the new Grinch Meal and they said they “didn’t have it” and then refused to let us use our coupon for 25% of $10 or more. Saying that $15 wasn’t enough to meet the requirement. When we finally got our food the worker was rude and got our order wrong. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Also the lobby smells horrible for some reason.

My boyfriend ordered our food through the kiosk which wasn’t complicated at all. Once we got our food we did not receive any of our sauces or the drinks for the happy meal. When we went to the counter with the receipt to show we were shorted sauces will still were shorted by 3. There was also an interview happening right behind us at the next table. I just don’t care to even be angry, I’ll avoid this McDonald’s in the future.
