Stopped on my way home and ordered the five piece tenders meal with carrots and ranch. When I got home, there was no ranch and they gave me celery and carrots. I ate the tenders. Which ended up giving me mild food poisoning. The staff and service were fine but this is the third time they’ve screwed up my order.

To much salt on the 15 piece lemon pepper boneless and the hickory smoked BBQ boneless sauce tasted old and cheap when it was brought up to Rohits attention he copped an attitude not because we wanted a refund which we didn’t it’s that we told him it tasted old and salty I recommend going to other wing stops unless you’re wasted that way you can’t taste the food

Placed our orders for lunch with Angel, he let us know it would be ten minutes. Our food was out within 6 minutes, hot and delicious and served with a smile! Loved the food, attentive service and clean dining room. If you’re in the area, go get some food and say hi to Angel for me!!

This is the 4th time out of the last 5 orders from WingStop Castaic, that they completely got the order wrong. This time the slip on the bag was correct, but the order inside the bag was for David W. Since it was ordered on DoorDash they refused to deliver or correct the order. So we had to go back to the store to pick up the order. After a long unnecessary conversation with this store, they wanted us to eat the food we didn’t order. Like I said. 4 out of 5 wrong. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS WING STOP. Order from Soledad or Lyons. They are solid.

A couple of us contacted this Buisness to help a local family in need that experienced a traumatic event. We were hoping to do a fundraiser considering this was the favorite spot to eat for the young man. We were told the owner would get back to us. That was almost a week ago. We have kept calling. Was told excuse after excuse. Tomorrow is the event and have heard nothing back. Due to being so unsupportive of the local community I will not be eating here again.

This is the best wing stop location I’ve been to. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations so I was hesitant to try it again, but I’m glad I did. I love wings but it’s hard to find places that make them as crispy as I prefer. The manager Angel helped us and made sure our wings and fries were extra crispy as we requested. He also recommended options for seasonings on the fries, and he let us know about their amazing Cajun fried corn. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. It’s clear that they take pride in the quality of food and service they provide.
