After a day at the spa, my wife and I decided to enjoy the nice weather with lunch at PB&G. Clearly one of our better decisions in quite some time. The staff was abundantly friendly, attentive and helpful. Even though we took a little too long going over the menu, our server was patient and supportive. Everything we ordered was five star and delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit when the outside temperatures are just right.

I love this restaurant. The location and staff are awesome! The perfect setting for a quiet getaway with friends or family and a great lunch.
What I like: The service is exemplary, the ambience and setting are great.
Food: rating for each in parentheses Chicken wings(3) they were over cooked and lacked flavor; soft baked pretzels(5), peanut butter and jelly for the grandkids(5), the Chirashi Bowl(5), rotisserie chicken (3) it really underwhelmed for flavor , the snapper (5), Tacos al Pastor(3-4) they lacked spice but everything was very fresh. Holiday martini(3) the presentation was very nice but sweet.
I have had the salads here before and they were great! A definite place to visit before or after the Spa!

This place is awesome. They had a wonderful cool breeze coming across and the fans of top were keeping us nice and cool. it overlooks a nice little lake and they have a kids menu and on the traditional menu they also have food for vegetarians and vegans. The cost was not overwhelming. Has a vegan I definitely recommend the veggie burger. It is a house made black bean burger and it was very good.

Great place to grab some lunch after a spa /pool morning. Waiter was very friendly and had good recommendations. We were in a hurry for another appointment and the waiter and kitchen was very understanding and brought out our food very quickly. The veggie burger and the tiki drink were great!

If you’re even the tiniest bit hungry, or just eat normal adult portions, don’t order the chirashi bowl. It’s almost comically tiny for the price. Maybe had 2 tiny pieces of salmon, ZERO tuna, and like 1/2 tablespoon of seaweed salad. I very rarely write reviews but just want to warn you if you want to actually EAT, don’t order it. Staff was very friendly though!

Attentive, good spirits, great vibes, down to earth ! We really enjoyed sitting close to the water, the food was really good! I had the jackfruit tacos – best flavors all put together, best part – vegan ( even the Queso was vegan!) / also pescatarian friendly! My husband had the southwest salad and added the citrus shrimp- really nice extra touch

Not sure why this place has gone done but it used to be very good I was there in 2022 and 2023 early winter. Best time and food ever… now the taste and quality has turned to garbage. What a shame for a four seasons hotel and standards especially knowing how the chef is with his team. Revello and capa are still a must but stay away from this overpriced low quality restaurant.

We stopped by PB & G for a quick drink and had a fun time! Our bartender was Tony and he made us some delicious drinks! I got a zero proof matcha cocktail and my husband got the beer Tony recommended. It was a fun, relaxing atmosphere and we will definitely stop by for a drink on our next trip to the four seasons.
