I had a very disappointing experience here. The chicken had a bad smell and the noodles were extremely unpleasant—something was definitely off. When I went back to return the food, the staff member told me there would be no refund. I told him that was fine and threw the food away right in front of him because it was not edible.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. Please be careful before ordering.

I got myself orange chicken and pepper steak with lo mein for $12. The pepper steak was mid but the orange chicken was delicious. The lo mein was a bit too oily but tasted average. I was kind of surprised to see so many negative review. My experience was positive when it came to the service.

I would give a 0 star if I could. On May 3, 2024, I have experienced horrible customer service. The three girls that were working there were terribly rude to my husband and I. They seem to be teenagers. They gave off “I don’t care” attitudes and they were rolling their eyes while shrugging their shoulders. My husband asked if he could sample orange chicken before he buys it. They told him no and couldn’t give him a reason for it. Why would someone purchase food with no refunds without testing it? I asked where the manager at and the girls started giggling, speaking in their native language and said that he was outside.
My husband and I patronized this establishment before and had a pleasurable experience with the older employees and when the food was good. We will not return since we were made a mockery from three young girls that clearly look like they need their job.

Food was just okay. I decided to get 2 orders of meat while ordering and the server with a very nasty attitude got mad and shorted my order. That I don’t even care much about it was just $2 more but the rudeness from this lady was ridiculous! I won’t spend another dime here and looking for who else to report them to! This wasn’t my first time here, my fiancé loves Chinese and I don’t think he cares much about taste lol but last time we walked away without the food because the lady was rude and nasty with us for asking for no onions in my noodles!

Food quality and quantity has declined with the addition of a slight price increase. That I can tolerate but one of the woman workers is always rude. Today was it for me. I asked her to repeat herself (i.e. I’m sorry and put my ear closer in an honest effort to understand her), while my head was turned she rolled her eyes and looked at the other worker. I kindly educated her on etiquette in America in case she wasn’t aware and proceeded on. I won’t be back and based on the other negative ratings, many others won’t as well.
Update: 6/28 last night I started feeling queasy. I was up half the night with food poisoning. I feel disgusted. Never again. The honey chicken had an off taste but it’s allergy season and my sense of smell isn’t as strong so I ignored it. No respect and now unsafe. Now it makes sense why the line isn’t long anymore. I’ll go to the other spot across the foot court next time I stop!

For the price, the portion size varies on the day and the server. Its ashame I have to ask for more food. Either provide reasonable portion or bump the price and serving size to match because this is robbery broad daylight. I wish I could post a photo.

The bourbon chicken is the best in the entire world. There used to be another restaurant in the food court that was there for years and closed during covid, and this taste exactly the same.
I have never had bourbon chicken any where else as good as this. I literally drive an hour and a half to come get this.

So sometime last year I got some food from here and everything just tasted off. The rice tasted like it was old and spoiled and the texture of the chicken was odd. A few months later, I decided to give it another try because maybe it was a one time thing and after one bite of the rice and honey chicken I just ended up throwing it away. Do yourself a favor and just don’t eat from here. It’s sad because their food used to be really good.
