Awful Management (Stacy) I ordered a pizza and it looked as tho it didn’t have any cheese on it, so I asked for extra cheese (which I paid for) they still didn’t want to put any cheese on it. I said I want some extra cheese or my money back. ( plain and simple) I then asked the manager about what happened to good customer service. Shouldn’t customers be satisfied especially if they pay for it. She said no and the gentleman behind the counter said he would take care of it. (she was his boss) We’re going to make this make sense She needs to be fired!!! I can’t even give 1 star for this.

Absolutely delicious! Ordered the spaghetti and they do customize it amazingly for a little extra charge so had it baked and it was amazing! I didn’t like the place before, but they have really turned it around. It’s completely different now that it’s under new management. Wonderful, polite,& courteous staff helped me to customize my order. Will definitely be back again soon!

Initially called store about their online coupon, nice lady explained my options. Placed order for Spartanburg location and paid with cc online. After 10 minute wait in the food court, the manager(Stacey) mentioned they didn’t have an order for me. She also mentioned having delays and other issues with online orders. I showed her my cc “pending” receipt but she took issue with “pending” and asked for email confirmation or order number. After I provided email confirmation, she noticed immediately the order was mistakenly sent to their NC location. She said she couldn’t prepare my order and suggested I call their 800 number and ask the order to be transferred to the Spartanburg store. After 12 minutes of getting nowhere, I called the NC Store. The NC manager took less than 18 seconds to make this right. He said, just tell the store manager(Stacey) what happened. I did and was told to call you 800 number. Unreal. After the manager of the NC sore called Stacey, she FINALLY made my pizza because she said it’s corporate money and she would get credit now. 55 minutes later. As the store manager, I would assume she had the authority to make the call once she understood the error or at the least, call the NC herself. There was never a need to tell me about your corporate profits, my order was pd for.

Always had great customer service here. Occasional misstep with pizza – once in a while it tasted a little old, but the majority of the time, it’s classic mall pizza.

Came in at 11:15 to get some pizza and the guy walks out with phone in his hand saying he won’t open until 12 because he’s the only one that came in and doesn’t have a register. He’s got to wait for someone to come in I assume to punch a pin into the register. Very unprofessional, reason number 1,568 why I don’t come to Sbarro anymore.

Ordered one slice of pizza. It was cold! The cheese tasted like vomit (seriously, it had a very odd taste). That’s the best way I can describe that cheese flavor. Very disappointed. Had to take it back to get them to reheat it and when I got the slice back it was barely warm. Do yourself a favor and save your $5.79 plus tax. I’m surprised this place is still in business. While I was in line and waiting on my slice there were 3 other customers that returned to the counter with some sort of complaint about their orders.
