It was my first visit inside this location. Staff was friendly and helpful, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately.
Seating inside: several pair opportunities, one 4 seat table, but the 6 square tables could potentially be “pushed together” if you were to desire being inside with 11 other folks.
I can see this space quickly becoming loud between the working stations and the guests having conversations, for those considering my review — I don’t think there’s anything to address, it’s just something to keep in mind if you’re either sound sensitive or seeking a quiet space for your conversation.

When they make a pun out of my name and write it on my cup, i always have the best day. I love these baristas and how consistent they make my drink. Sometimes i’m disappointed when I order it at other locations, but never at this one!

Was not impressed that the breakfast sandwich became a small slidder size bite. Same price…same description, but not at all worth it. The price was high to begin with, but quality was great. Not anymore….shrinkflation.

This place has been hit-or-miss for us. I think today was the last straw. The woman who took our order and handed us our food was absolutely wonderful, and we were so impressed when we left the drive-thru. We have learned over time to *thoroughly* check the order on the screen before proceeding, and it looked perfect this time. But our iced Americano had no ice and is maybe a little cooler than room temp. My hot chocolate with no whip, of course, has whip, and was only filled 2/3 of the way. I immediately noticed the cup was too light and tasted whipped cream on my first sip. I then removed the lid and snapped this photo of my hot chocolate after one tiny sip. Please train your employees better and stop wasting our money.

Went to Starbucks for the first time in a long time just to remember why I stopped going. Spent 30 dollars for a food item that looks to have been dropped on the floor and a partly empty drink … I didn’t drink any of it on the car ride. This is how empty it was when I got home. Super friendly staff and ridiculously clean place with a welcoming feel. Tried the turkey pesto sandwich as I got a free gift card and figured what the hell. Honestly, I’d never pay for it and it was a complete let down to what it looked like in the pictures. I expect that from fast food, but not Starbucks. One slim slice of turkey, a super light spread of pesto, barely enough provolone to cover half the sandwich, and a few small strips of roasted red peppers. I’ve seen anemic sandwiches before, but that was probably the worst. Oh well….at least I didn’t pay for it

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Melanie?, who transferred from mile hill, and to the shift lead Andres. I would love to acknowledge a few other amazing staff members but I have trouble learning their names. This Starbucks is my favorite location of them all in port orchard. They are always kind, doesn’t matter who is at the window, and my custom espresso that I get daily, always tastes great!
