Walked In and ordered a pizza for takeout and while we were waiting there were employees walking around eating some of the pizza ingredients and two teenagers just messing around. pizza came out quick but when we got it and went to get a slice the pizza was barely even cut.. they definitely need some better management in there. one guy was even sitting down in a office eating. another lady was still finishing her sandwich while checking out a customer.

This place doesn’t have plates! First time using Domino’s in Sandpoint. Opted for pickup rather than delivery because delivery drivers rarely have plates with them. I still had to go buy plates on my way back to the camper. There was maybe a tablespoon of sauce on the hot wings that i paid an extra $2 for. Absolutely unacceptable!
Surprisingly enough, the hand tossed pan pizzas were both prepared correctly, with toppings all the way to the edges. This rarely happens at my local dominos in Rathdrum. That was a nice surprise and saved this location from getting a solid 1 ⭐️ rating from me. Will i use them again? Maybe, but only as a last resort.

Ordered pizza on their app. Walked around the block while waiting for it to be completed. Retuned immediately upon completion and found a tow sticker on my door window. When I explained I was waiting for completion female employee told me tough you can’t wait in front of store for them to cook my pizza. Rude with a terrible customer service attitude.

Whenever I want a consistent pizza, I always go to Domino’s. I know it doesn’t sound very sexy, but all the other pizza places in town are two to three times as much and sometimes don’t have as good flavor. If I want a pizza on the cheap in a hurry. It’s always 100% Domino’s.

Last time I had Dominos in Sandpoint, I bit into a hard shard of broken plastic. Then upon inspecting my pizza found broken plastic bits in several pieces, when I called to complain, they treated me like I was lying. Well, I decided to give them a second chance a year later and requested delivery to a certain building where I was facilitating a gathering at an address with multiple buildings. I gave a detailed description of the building. I ordered close to $100 in pizza for my group and paid a $20 tip for the delivery. I got a call 5 minutes after the scheduled delivery and was asked to meet at the play ground. I told them I could not because I was busy which is why I asked for delivery to the building where I was located. The person on the phone said okay and we disconnected. Ten minutes later, the delivery driver calls me ranting that she doesn’t kmow where she is and she doesnt know if she is in the right spot. I told her that it was okay and I would walk her through it. She barely let me get that out and kept ranting the entire time while I’m standing out side the building waiving at her. I finally hung up because I didn’t appreciate being treated that way as a customer and she just wouldn’t stop. I told her I was the one waiving (the only person around mind you). Once out of her car she continued to rant about “regulations” and that she couldn’t and would never deliver past the play ground again. I finally had enough and said, “I paid you a $20 tip to act this way?” I told her I wouldn’t use Dominos again and she ranted more about that being fine because I was being so difficult! Then she must have told her manager who knows what because the manager “Amber” called and left a 2 minute message describing how and why they will never deliver to that building again and that she “made a note about it on my profile”. Well Dominos, you can remove my “profile”, I’ll never order from you again and there are way better other options in this town.
