Extraordinary food from an extraordinary family. You MUST check them out! My fiance and I tried their keilbasa, fried cheese pierogis, Polish fries, and veggie Zapiekanka (Polish version of French bread pizza ) and everything was exceptional. I’ve never had pierogis as incredible as their’s! They are fried to perfection and stuffed to the brim with creamy cheese! The kielbasa was smothered in buttered onions and dill and the Zapiekanka has this wonderful smokiness to it and was oozing with cheese We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful with any questions we had about the menu. We tried a few different items and we were not disappointed and it was all prepared perfectly. I hope to run into the Kielbasa bus again soon! Thank you for being so awesome

My son and I are obsessed with this food truck! We check their location schedule every week and always go out of our way to hit them up when they are close by. The potato/bacon/kraut pierogies are our favorite! But everything is fantastic, even the fries if you spot the Kielbasa Bus, PULL OVER! You won’t regret it!!
