My shake was lumpy,(didn’t mix it up very well) how hard is it to mix peanut butter up with vanilla ice cream? Must be super complicated since they couldn’t do that right. My wraps was more like tacos, wasn’t wrapped up at all, my hamburger was in 2 separate piles, (Had to make the hamburger myself) asked for no onions and there was onions on it. Mozzarella sticks was over cooked. Idk who cooked at 4pm on 1/21/26 but they don’t need to be working there. My orders was so messed up it’s beyond ridiculous!!!

No greetings, or consistent communication when receiving order. Repeated standard order without any changes from menu for a single combo. Waited 7 min at drivethu window before paying for order or receiving drink. Not provided with receipt or napkins. I could see employee texting on phone then acting frantic and disorganized. Food was warm but not hot like it came out of fryer within the last 5 min. Smasher only had 3 pickles, should have been at least 6 to match the picture. Burger was barely room temp. No thanks or come back again. Not welcome here. Understood, I’ll take my money elsewhere. It’s sad because I live close.

I got a regular burger combo. The burger was the size of a junior burger and the meat was disgusting. The onion rings were overcooked with no onion left in the ring. The lady taking my order was short with me. The car hop brings out the food and never said thank you.

Have been going to this location off and on since there was a Sonic here. The food is good, but they tend to not be very accurate at making sure your order is correct. I know things like this happen, but you definitely need to make sure your order is correct before leaving. They did correct the order, and gave me coupons for the trouble.

Grilled Cheese was so disgusting my granddaughter would not eat it, opened it up and the cheese was burnt and hard as a damn rock. They have messed up our orders several times now and I want to speak to their regional or district manager. I called up there to complain, but yeah, they won’t answer the phone.

My drink is usually correct and good. But. Have to be careful .. I use the app usually and pick up within 5 mins but my burger meat is often cold..which I’m not a fan of.

This is one of this area Sonic we stop too when in this area. The folks that work there are hella polite and clean and food is always hot!!!! Even when the spots are packed, they’re still on point.
Best in the area for sure!! We always tip both the delivery person as well as the cook. Definitely worth the money for the area…..
