I am livid. Ordered in door dash. Missing ingredients, also put wrong ingredients on it. You can see I took off bell pepper when I asked for cucumber. I called and ask for a manager granted it is WEDNESDAY. And the employee said a manager won’t be in until FRIDAY morning. I go here all the time, I think the fact that it was an online order the workers did not care. And quite frankly that is unexceptable!

I ordered 3 subs. They sent me 2 of the same that I didn’t order. My wife called to let them know, the lady that answered the phone was the rudest person we have ever come across. She did not want to hear what we saying. She then began yelling at us over the phone. We asked for her name, of course she did not give it to us. We then asked to talk to a manager and she then just hung up on us. She does not belong in a position where you are dealing with customers. We both were very shocked by this attitude.

The owner doesn’t take the coupons sent to us by local magazines and ordered 4 subs online and the roast beef was not even on the sub. When I say they put one slice on a foot long that is being generous. Very disappointed.

They slice their meats WAY thinner than other Subways!! It’s a rip off. Hand dryers in the restrooms are turned off. I guess they are trying to cut costs everywhere they can.

The two employees that worked here were very nice to me. My food was so fresh, including the bread. I would highly recommend eating here.

I’ve ordered from here twice. The second time, trying to have a better experience than the first.

My sandwich had FOUR pieces of spinach, three coming strings and was missing both onions and cucumbers. The bread was toasted to an oblivion, making it inedible. Staff was so rude when I kindly asked for a new sandwich, not even a refund.

Never again will I spend money here. Very disappointing.

Sign on the door says open for take out and delivery. I was parked 5 feet from the door. Attempted to call in my order and asked if it could be carried to my car. Was told yes but I must download the app and order through that. Which I attempted to do. Not all menus items were available on the app. Called back, was told no problem you’ll just have to pay separately for your soup. Asked again would they be able to bring it to me, stated yes. App failed and crashed on payment and would not move. Called again, was told to give my order over the phone but it would be at least 5 minutes. There were no other customers in the store but I gave my order over the phone. Plain tuna sub, no cheese no toasting, nothing, just tuna and wheat bread and a bowl of soup. Stated they would bring it to me. It had already been more than a half an hour. Watched them make my order and sit it on the counter and start conversing. After 15-20 more minutes I went inside and both girls went behind the wall into the back room. Had to call to them, finally one appeared. I asked what the hold up was and she informed me that they cannot deliver food to a car parked at the door. After having told me multiple times that she would. I showed her that the app wasn’t working and she said she knows nothing about working the app. I paid for my food and both employees retreated behind the back wall to continue conversing. They had not given me a straw for my drink so I had to wait again and call them out. On the way home the lid came off of my soup and spilled into the bag. It was cold by then anyway and I had to discard it. Neither employee was knowledgeable or helpful. I will no longer go to Subway. Most likely any of them as when you have a problem your only choice is an automated system. But especially not that one. These employees are to young, inexperienced, self centered, and lazy to be left unattended.

Don’t order from the app. Didn’t follow a single instruction including toasting the flatbread at all upon pickup. The worst sub I’ve ever had in my life from subway. I guess you have to watch them make the sub to get a good sub otherwise they don’t care about your ingredients you listed.

This is why I don’t pre tip when the app asks. If they do a good job, I have always tipped cash in the store upon pickup but I will never pre tip when the app asks because you definitely don’t know the quality at the time you place the order.
