Very nice staff and a nice clean establishment. Good selection of hot and cold sandwiches and salads. Kids menu as well. I had the Tsunami with bacon and it was on par with other small business deli’s in the area. Great bread and lots of it around your sando!!! The last time I headed out to Sebastopol I bypassed the Deli to eat at this orher place, a huge multi business place with a carnival like atmosphere, and Man-O-Man was it a disappointment! This was my first time trying this place and I love it. Great place for great sandwiches! Very clean inside and the workers are very friendly and inviting. Probably the fastest place for a sandwich that I’ve ever been to. Literally placed my order and sat down to look at the time and then my sandwich was already ready. All the ingredients taste and look fresh. The bread is great, crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

My son & I went on Wed., Dec 3, 2025 for a sandwich. I chose a hot pastrami & he chose a cold sandwich. Juan waited on us. He was very friendly & took our orders with a smile. I usually observe a person’s persona when providing service for me. It means more on how I feel about a business. Our sandwiches were brought to our table, neatly placed in a basket with pickle on the side and napkins. The sandwiches were cut in half. We managed to eat half of each sandwich because it was so filling. We both took the other halves home to eat later.

This is hands down my favorite deli. The homemade sourdough bread is the best. Not too crusty so it doesn’t hurt your mouth and the insides don’t end up outside. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is very friendly. We love North Bay Sourdough!
