All staff acts like you are a bother when you order. No one this morning made me feel welcome. And then they got my order wrong and the man acted like I was wrong. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee with extra coffee base and this is what he gave me… he was so rude and so was all the other ladies in there. If I could give negative stars I would. Reminds me of the difference between Walmart and target.

This is my second and final attempt to try this Dunkin location, I usually frequent the downtown Birmingham location. However I often have business in the area and decided to give them a try(big mistake). I ordered on the Dunkin app and I only had 2 items(sausage egg and cheese croissants). When I get to the intercom the lady kept asking me to repeat myself despite me practically hanging halfway out of the truck yelling it to her. Then I pull to the window, look the worker in the eyes and politely ask for strawberry jelly and she just looked at me and ask me what did I say(at this point I’m thinking she has to be sleepy or under the influence but this isn’t normal). Nonetheless I get my bag and leave, once I get home I open one of the sandwiches and it’s burnt, old and cold. You can clearly tell it was something previously made more than likely refused by a previous customer. I refuse to believe that was made on the spot freshly prepared for my order. I’ve never gotten food or service this bad from dunkin before and really is a shame. I won’t be giving this location anymore business! I do not recommend them!

Sat at the window for 10 minutes after waiting in line forever, staring at my completed order just sitting on the counter while my drinks melted. I waved. You saw me. You ignored me.
During this, you had no problem serving multiple customers inside. Then, when you finally decided to acknowledge me, you had the audacity to ask for a tip. For what? Ignoring me?
Sure, the food isn’t burnt and inedible anymore, so that’s an improvement. But the customer service is still awful. A simple “please wait a minute” would’ve been fine, except my order was already done and I was left sitting there watching it.
All I wanted to do was pay and leave. Instead, I got ignored, had my time wasted, and was still asked to tip. Unreal.

Absolutely terrible service. the lady who took my order had the worst attitude. she would laugh when i ordered something and acted like what i ordered isn’t on the menu making me seem dumb. never told me to pull around, told me the total, NOTHING. went silent for 5 minutes while i sat there waiting for her to say something. then came back on and said “are you done….” as i had been done 5 minutes ago and had already said “that’s it.” once i finally pull around another girl is at the window laughing at me again like i’m dumb. handed me my food with a attitude and got pissed when i didn’t tip for their horrible customer service. i’ve never once had a good interaction with this dunkin. something is ALWAYS wrong and they get so mad when you say something. It seems everyone on here can say the say thing about the service. i will never go to this location again. find better employees.

Every time I go there’s always something wrong, my drink isn’t what I ordered, and this morning I ordered the bacon and everything bagel, my bacon had TREE PIECES in it??? And my bagle didn’t have cream cheese even tho she asked if I wanted it and I said yes. Not to mention she made me repeat me order 4 times bc she didn’t understand what I was asking. I wanted the white chocolate latte with whipped cream, everything bagle with cream cheese and a side of snackn bacon. I don’t think it’s that hard.

Totally average everything. Went to the drive thru. Ordered 2 donuts and a black coffee. So make me understand why the cashiers hands me a cumbersome piece of machinery with 5 different options to tip her. 10%, 15%, 20%, 50%, Custom %? I’ve come here twice now. The first time, everything we ordered was good. This second time, I ordered a cold foam cold brew but the cold foam was lacking. I didn’t even notice until I’d pulled away and gotten somewhere else or else I’d have asked for it to be fixed. My daughter said her drink was good and our doughnuts were good too. Better luck next time!

The staff is almost always exceptional. My order is always ready when I show up after ordering on the app and the drinks are made consistent and well every time. Lillie always gives top notch service and radiates joy and kindness in every interaction. It’s always a treat when I hear Lillie’s voice through the speaker. 5 star service consistently.

Genuinely the greatest food experience I’ve ever had. The customer service, care, and professionalism that the employees displayed while taking my order was impeccable. Fast service and extremely efficient! Was so fast that I was worried my drink would run away. Thank god my hands are sooooo strong!!
