We have been watching the new Hilton being built for awhile and were happy to see a new restaurant open.
The hotel and restaurant are modern, clean and beautiful.
We ordered the quesadilla and the BLTA sandwich, both were very good! The service was excellent. Great spot to grab a cocktail and light appetizers too. They have outside dining we will check out another night when it isn’t so cold.
Great spot we will be back.

This restaurant is located in the lobby of the new Hilton hotel located on Mayo’s property. It’s not bad. They are missing finishing touches really, such as bringing jam and butter alongside the toast my wife ordered for breakfast (or else it’s just dry toast!). Another example is my oatmeal needed a sweetener of some kind to brighten it up. Brown sugar or honey would have been great! Then I ordered a blueberry muffin as a side with my oatmeal. The food runner brought our breakfast out and said I’m looking for a blueberry muffin and walked off. One was never brought to me oddly. And even odder is the fact they have blueberry muffins right there at the buffet they’re offering so she could have just grabbed one from there. Strange, otherwise, the bacon was a bit overdone, but the meal was good enough that I’d go back in the future if I’m staying at the hotel.

My daughter and 16 friends made a reservation at Coastal Kitchen for before their homecoming, as well as a group of 10 parents. The staff was so patient and sweet. The restaurant is beautiful and clean and the food was delicious! We will definitely stop for dinner again, or at least a drink at their gorgeous bar.

Coastal Kitchen is one of my favorite spots in the area. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their menu is packed with amazing selections — there’s always something new and delicious to try. And the drink options? Fantastic. Whether you’re in the mood for a craft cocktail, a glass of wine, or something refreshing, they’ve got you covered.
Every visit is consistently great. Highly recommend Coastal Kitchen for anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a relaxed, coastal vibe!
