The experience at Marea Beverly Hills was absolutely memorable from start to finish. Every dish was a masterpiece: beautifully plated, fair in portion, and full of refined, balanced flavors. I’m usually quite picky with seafood, but everything I tried was phenomenal. The carciofi salad, Marubini pasta, and halibut were standouts, followed by an excellent espresso and the most delicate panna cotta and tiramisu.

Service was impeccable! Nyasia, our server, was attentive, warm, and truly elevated the experience. The restaurant itself is elegant, spotless, and perfectly located on a quiet street–a rare find considering Beverly Hills traffic.

After trying several high-end competitors in the area, I can confidently say Marea operates on another level — in quality, service, and overall value. I’ll definitely be back soon, and can’t wait to visit the NYC location next time I’m in New York.

Their service was amazing. Our server was very well-trained, and he answered our queries.
We went there to celebrate our anniversary, and they bought out our desserts with wishes.
I would definitely recommend making some of the portion sizes a bit larger.
The food was great, but very little portioned, especially the avocado appetizer.

I visited here to celebrate my bdqy. The interior was nice but noisy and distracted.
We also didn’t get the bread in the beginning and we noticed later. How the waiter doesn’t know about this and take the plate.
Plus..$100 pasta is not really delicious..normal.
But I am really thankful to my waiter. He is really patient and kind. Thank you.

Place is amazing across service and food and, frankly, sets a higher bar than its peer establishment (Marea NY).

Seems to have grown in popularity among locals but less popular with toursists, for no particularly good reason. Vibe is somewhat more formal / upscale than other restaurants in BH, though the food quality is vastly superior.

Would not be surprised for Marea to earn a Michelin star in the next couple years.

Exquisite Pasta Tasting and Unforgettable Service!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marea in Beverly Hills on Saturday, November 22nd, with a couple of girlfriends, and I truly love this restaurant! We opted for the pasta tasting, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we walked in, I knew Marea was a special place. The space is beautiful; the bar setup is absolutely gorgeous. We were immediately welcomed by a warm, smiling hostess, and even the General Manager, Dean, stopped by to say hello.
While the entire staff was wonderful, the bartenders, Glenn and Maddy, truly stole the show and made our night exceptional. They were professional, incredibly friendly, and impressively knowledgeable about the menu and food pairings. Their cocktail recommendations were perfect, and the wine selection was exquisite. They made us feel so comfortable, as if we were regular patrons who had been there countless times before.
The food was superb. The pasta tasting was well worth the money, and we were thoroughly impressed by the generous serving sizes. The whole experience was top-notch, but I must give special credit to Maddy and Glenn for creating such a welcoming and personalized atmosphere.
Marea is such a beautiful space in Beverly Hills, and the people who work there make it even more special. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Everything we tried on the menu was delicious and very nice presentation. The cocktails were good too. Most importantly the crowd was very nice Beverly Hills crowd. I hope it doesn’t change as it becomes more popular and commercial . Service was good too. The only thing is that it’s not very cozy feels very cold even though was packed when I went

I visited on Saturday, July 19th at 8:45 PM. The caviar bruschetta was absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The ravioli was good, though I’ve had better cheese fillings elsewhere. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff. The crowd was mostly international, and the location is nestled among some of the finest restaurants in Beverly Hills. I loved the ambiance and will definitely be coming back again!

Our close friends come often and recommended Marea for Valentine’s Day. We were given a nice table. We were not served the complementary Champagne and when we inquired, the server looked annoyed and poured less than 1 cm of fluid in a normal wine glass, barely a splash. Obviously He did not believe us. My wife ordered a second simple Vodka/ Soda and it took over 45 minutes to come. When it arrived, our server said it would be taken off the bill. It was not. I ordered a simple Gibson Martini and it was mediocre (under shaken, ice over melted and tasted watered down) at best. The Prix fix was understandable because of the special occasion but at $225 that is $50/ course not including dessert. None of the courses measured up to that price. In fact, the Halibut was way overcooked/ dry and the steak was obviously a New York, was not tender, was over cooked to specifications and had a fair amount of gristle. The Pancinella salad was so greasy it was inedible. The deserts were very good, however. All in all, a very poor showing for a Restaurant that should really do better. If we had paid $125/ person, we would be more forgiving. But the bill was over $600. Really unacceptable. Never going back

This place is absolute perfection. The design of the restaurant is impeccable and the service and food is top notch. Hands down the best restaurant in Los Angeles – we had an unforgettable experience. Thank you a million times to our server Robert for making our night so wonderful. He’s truly the best of the best!
