The food was good. I do understand that it does get very busy so I am very patient I noticed how every worker had a role and was busy they were all doing amazing! All, expect for one. She has young, dark hair, and wearing glasses she was with customers delivering items. First she took forever and not in a way where they are busy, she was on her phone, stoped and talked, at some point she left the stand with other items completely leaving us out (lucky this other older gentleman went out of his way to help us out when she left us behind, Thank you man) also need to point out she was not wearing gloves at all, isn’t that a health code violation? Now, I will cut it some slack if she was “in training” that would be completely understandable, she does have lots to work with such as her customer service and hygiene. I’m not sure what that girls name is but I hope my description helps this was also at around 1:40-2:20 pm on Sunday February 22nd. Again, I know it tends to be busy at this location and I appreciate all the other employees who go out of there way to make sure every customer is satisfied! Thank you!

The frozen yogurt here is sooooo delicious and creamy. So refreshing on a hot day!! I also enjoy getting a hot dog every once in awhile. They are very long haha. Not pictured is the pizza pretzel and that is also a great pick. I love eating at the Sam’s club cafe!!

Hot dog deal is very good. There was actually ice in the ice dispenser.
The disappointment was the long wait time to order followed by the very long wait time to get my simple order. I came by around 2pm thinking that the lunch crowd was over but sure didn’t seem like. And the staff was like a skeleton crew all working different tasks. They really needed 2 cashiers, 2 cooks, and 2 servers to be efficient. Instead it was long lines and wait times. Plus all the tables were busy. There actually needs to be a time limit on table usage as a couple of tables just had people chatting that whole time not eating or have ordered anything while I was waiting on both. I guess people need to be considerate and let others who are actually there with there food to let them use the table.

Food is pretty good. But having to wait for food, when theres extra food waiting to be served and workers behind counter just waiting to do something. I damn near wanted to go back there and serve myself and also provide guidance on a good workflow so customers arent waiting over 20 minutes to get a slice of pizza!

The product availability has been in decline, they don’t bring stock down from rafters and literally when you need help they just tell you oh well gotta wait for driver to show up never in or show up whenever.
Today did it for me because I showed up under 15 minutes before they open for regular accounts usually they would let me in and today for whatever reason this short hair lady with an accent straight up turned me away and chose to walk away business and will be going to another location or get membership from another store that starts with a C!

STORE PICK UP It’s been multiple times where I have received broken eggs leaking waters and missing product today I decided to call this Sam’s to let the manager know Sherry . Employee that answered the phone was unprofessional she answer by saying please hold and put on hold rude then the manager interrupts me then when I tell her what happened she seemed not to care I guess starts at the top
