It’s 5 Guys, what’s not to like? As 5 Guys goes, it’s on the smaller side, but its the same old 5 Guys. Burgers and dogs off the griddle are tasty. An abundance of fries with every order. Peanuts for the wait, or if you are artistic, grab a note card, crayons, and have at it.

Well it was the first time ordering food for me from a Five Guys restaurant and I was a little disappointed that the only way I could order food was online granite it was 11:00 at night but no driver speaker seriously? So I ended up sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes just trying to figure out how to order some food and then I had to connect my card to Google pay in order to pay for food which. I don’t like having my card number in my phone or in the internet airwaves of Google. Also on the app to order the food there is no place where you can put special instructions like no salt rise because my fries were full of salt I couldn’t even eat them however the burger was very amazing

I was craving a burger and have been wanting to check out this new location.
I was pretty disappointed to be honest.
I’ll start with the good. My fries were hot and flavorful.

The bad. My burger wasn’t hot. I ordered in the restaurant, grabbed my order when my number was called, and drove three minutes to where I ate.
I don’t eat at five guys often but have been to a few in various states over the years and I’ve always been given an abundance of fries in my cup and in the bag. It always helped ease my mind for the overall cost. I attached a photo of the small amount in the bag today.
Between those two things I probably won’t go back. For the $21.58 with tip, there are a lot of other places in the area I can eat.

This five guys is great, my scatter brain forgets they have cajun frys, and do extra bacon for free, I forgot to ask for both. 5 minutes after ordering i asked if I could switch frys and add extra bacon. They did it no problem with a smile. The food is great I’ve never had a bad burger from here. Highly recommended.

The food is great but the workers are just going through the motions just waiting to punch out. They made my order wrong and they did make me a new one when I came back but they had a look on them like I was the that messed up. I only go when I really have a craving jist because of the staff.

I’m a five guys fan. Can’t go wrong for a burger with five guys, and the fries are not only substantial, but Cajun fries are just what I want after a long day traveling

Everytime I go here it’s a problem !!! I ask for bacon to be dropped fresh along with my beef patties. Cashier passed along the message to the cook and he said “no” ? The second time this has accrued, I dont want any bacon that has been sitting out in the open for I don’t know how long

On a trip to Chicago made a lunch time stop. Had a wonderful experience. Was asked about my allergy and was calmly accommodated. Sitting area was clean, all condiments/supplies were fully stocked.
