Got both orange chicken and bourbon chicken. Every piece of bourbon chicken was completely burnt and bitter, and one piece of the orange chicken had a big bone in it. Unknowingly, I was chewing on it and the bones shattered in my mouth. Luckily, I didn’t chip a tooth. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she offered me a plate of something else, but she was very cold and unapologetic about it. As if she was doing me a favor.

The servings at Asian Chao were generous, perfect for sharing. Mom and I split a meal—she had the noodles, I had the rice, and we added an extra order of Bourbon Chicken because it was undeniably the highlight. Its sweet and savory flavor made it worth going back for seconds.

For a fast-food place, it’s pretty decent. The portions were satisfying, and the Filipino staff, especially the manager or lead, were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a good option for a quick and filling meal with great service.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was a huge disappointment. The food was honestly nasty the flavors were off, and the rice wasn’t even cooked all the way through. It was hard and underdone, which completely ruined the meal. On top of that, the prices were way too high for what was served. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The staff is incredibly unprofessional, DIRTY, NON SANITARY & arrogant to the core !
Don’t get me wrong the food here is delicious, delicious when it’s not served with the same gloves used to touch money ! this specific staff uses the same gloves their whole shift, you can visibly see this on their gloves. When they hand you your drink it’s always spilling and your cup is so so greasy because of their gloves.

Some of the worst takeout style Chinese food I’ve had. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews- but my partner & I ordered 6 items and found all of them to be oily and with a bad flavor.

I don’t really understand all the negative comments. I think the price is reasonable for the product. The quantity was fine. The freshness of the food is questionable, just like any other restaurant in the mall.
I was offered a snack and thought it was delicious. We had the bourbon chicken with noodles. 5/5 since you get what you pay for
