We usually get Honey Baked Ham for Thanksgiving. It’s convenient and stress free. The one complaint I have this year is that my price was “adjusted” by $6 when I went to pick it up. I can see maybe a couple bucks, but six?? That’s like a bait and switch. They tell you one thing online, and then when you get there, the price is much more than what you thought? And of course now you’re stuck and have to pay. It’s pretty shady if you ask me.

Stopped by after some shopping and split a sandwich. The meats are freshly prepared and cut and stacked. Great flavors in every bite. Congratulations on 20 years. Customer based keeps us coming back frequently. Clean and quiet atmosphere.

I cannot say enough good things about the management of this door. I ordered a turkey and ham for Thanksgiving. The online coupon was $10 off. After my husband picked it up, we noticed the coupon discount had not been taken by the register. My husband was not aware of the coupon. When I called the store and mentioned it, they were very apologetic. They could not issue a credit since the coupon at that point was no longer good, however, they offered to mail me two free lunches. After a few days they called to tell me that they hadn’t mailed them yet due to the busyness of the Thanksgiving season , but would mail them the next day. They were concerned that I would think they had forgotten. I could not believe this fantastic customer service. I got them in the mail a few days ago with a kind letter. Who does this anymore? Well this store does! I will definitely be giving my business to them again.

Great place for a quality, healthy sandwich for lunch with some great sides. I love the ham salad, but today I got their pulled pork BBQ (limited time). I only stop by when I’m in the area, but they never disappoint.

Ordered online for pickup days before pickup. Show up to the curbside pick up and waited 30 minutes just to be told i had to go up front and wait another 2 hours in line to get a ham. Whats the point of ordering ahead for curbside if we still have to wait 2 hours inline ?

I never knew this establishment served lunch but they for sure do and it’s great!! Reasonably priced for large, full sandwiches. A great alternative to the regular, greasy fast-food when you’re tired of that but are still eating out.

The line for picking up an already-paid order was terrible. They only had one person handling online orders, making this line very slow. We had preordered the ham weeks ago, and when we picked up the ham, they gave us a smaller option for Christmas. We were downgraded from a 6 lb to a 4 lb ham. This will be our last year patronizing this establishment, and we will warn others to stay clear as well.

I really think the employees of this store are so great. This is the second time I’ve been to this store, for very different things. I purchased my thanksgiving ham from here with a bunch of sides and they all went over super well. The ham was amazing, customer service was amazing, and it was all really well organized. I decided to go back yesterday to order a sandwich as I was in the shopping center for something else. The employee who helped me was so kind. I didn’t even have to say I didn’t know what I was doing lol She immediately showed me the sandwich menu and when I felt overwhelmed, I asked her what her favourite sandwich was. She told me it was the one with the crispy onions on it and pickles. She mentioned the pickles were a bit spicy and I was super intrigued! She made the sandwhich super quickly and I took it to go, as I’m not going to lie – I’m a in the car eater kind of gal.
It was so good! I had a good chuckle over the pickle, it was not spicy at all but the sandwich did have a great tiny kick from the honey mustard.
Also, she was right – the crispy onions were great.

If you’ve never had a honey-baked ham then I’m sorry but you’re really missing out. No grocery store or other wannabe brand comes very close. Their boneless hams are amazing and their side dishes and rum cakes are absolutely delicious. Try the cinnamon streusel rum cake for bonus points… It will blow your socks off!

We dropped by this place for a quick lunch between destinations. The cashier was very enthusiastic and helpful. Very pleasant environment and great sandwiches. We even picked up a chocolate rum cake for later. Overall a great experience.
