Excellent Street Tacos !!!
Tuesdays and Thursdays $1.50 / taco
Everything is Gluten-free!
The outdoor seating is perfect on warm days. It’s like having a picnic and who doesn’t love a picnic!
There’s usually enough free parking spaces to just pull up, order at the window, and then enjoy.
Great Location for if your going to Costco in Altamonte Springs, work in the area, or out shopping at HomeGoods or TJMaxx.

Delicious and affordable street food. The guacamole and fresh salsa were flavorful complements to the empanada and quesadilla that I ordered. There is only outdoor seating so beware if you visit when it’s raining.

Recently open and definitely worth many more visits, they have great specials Monday thru Friday. Tuesday and Thursday very popular spot with the $1.50 taquitos. Lovely outdoor seating where kids can play while the family enjoy a budget friendly and delicious meal. ¡Todo muy rico y bonito! Gracias!

I had all the tacos except chorizo, they are the small tacos unlike avg, reg size tacos. The shell (tasted homemade- not flour) and the meat were hot and seasoned well. I do wish I had known they have no toppings on them. The chicken was a little dry but the others were delicious. The salsa also tasted homemade, it was delicious and the chips may be homemade but they were room temp but still tasted good. We will be back.

Tried their beef tacos and enchiladas. The tacos were very tiny and were dry, and had nothing on them but the actual meat despite the woman asking if all the stuff it comes with was fine. The enchiladas were better but the tortillas on both over all weren’t pleasant. Found it odd that there was no hard shell option. They could have been out for sure but with the alternative tasting so strange it was a bummer. Sauces were good!

Mis Antojitos + Forest City Veterinary Clinic are a match made in Cat Heaven. These small businesses uplifted my family on one of the hardest days of our lives. My partner and I went here for lunch after a somber visit at the vets. Before our cats passing, and final goodbye, we decided to get her tacos. SHE LOVED THE TACOS!!! Chicken and Shrimp Tacos are cat + human approved. We also ordered Agua Fresca at three different times throughout the day. Each one had a unique cat smile 🙂

To end the day, we are taking home dinner to our family, with yet another smiling cat agua fresca. God bless Mis Antojitos and Forest City Vet.

P.S. the watermelon agua Fresca is where it’s at

If nothing else, I’ve always felt that a restaurant review should encourage and reward the excellent, nudge the “almost there”, and flay the disastrous. But always, it needs to be honest for the reader, the writer, and most of all the restaurateur.
The worst thing you can do for a restaurant is to leave dissatisfied, never letting them know what could be improved, and vowing secretly to never return.
Was that enough of a buffer? Off we go.
The people running this place could not be kinder. They seem like good people. I got three tacos: one marinated pork, one steak, and one chicken. Of the three, the marinated pork was excellent; it had a nice flavorful tang that invites you back. The other two lacked seasoning. The difficulty with the place is that the tortillas themselves seem like they were made hours before – I hope they weren’t store bought. Definitely not hot. The meat was room temperature, like you’d expect at Chipotle.
The number one improvement this place could make is to throw those tortillas on a hot grill for 10 seconds a side, do the same with the meat, and send it all out.
I want this place to succeed. We need a good authentic place on this side of town.
I’m gonna stop back in in a month or so and see if they’ve improved. I’ll leave the review subject to revision. I wish them the best.

I ordered 6 birria tacos ( one pictured) an empanada and chicken sope. I had to pay extra for cheese when typically birria tacos come with the cheese. I also asked if it would come with the sauce to which I was told yes… however it didn’t come with any sauce. I made it home and realized I was given 6 steak tacos so I had to drive back. Wasn’t a fan of the sope and the empanada was alright. If you want REAL birria tacos check out the pass kitchen.

I wish I thought to take a picture before eating but I didn’t plan on reviewing.
The first one is their ‘quesadilla’. It was the size of their tacos and was basically a taco folded in half, for 6.95 I was expecting something bigger like their advertised picture. In my picture I only took 2 bites out of it and ate it like a taco. It was tiny.

The second with the lettuce is their empanada, I got chicken, it was not flavorful and also for 6.95 I was expecting it to come with more than 1.
I wanted to like place but the only thing I enjoyed was the watermelon Fresca.
Even the woman who takes orders is very snappy with you.

Great venue and service, decided to check out that taco Thursday which is tacos for $1.50 and pretty much is exactly what you get flavor wise. I order one of each taco proteins available ( steak, al pastor, birria ) and the only one I’ll eat again is the birria which came w/ no dip sauce. The stake one had a chewy texture and the onions and cilantro came in the side. Carne wasn’t asada. The al pastor had a weird meat texture. Like it dissolved in your mouth plus it was sweet. Hopefully the better the flavors and quality bc the spot is awesome and the girls working had great service.
