I was so thrilled when this location opened so that we could get these fantastic pizzas more often. Previously we had to go to LaVergne as the closest location. We still love the pizzas and will not get any from anyone else. I would have given 5 stars but recently the customer service has fallen off. The last time we ordered it was for delivery and we were provided a delivery time of 45 minutes, no problem. Two hours later and several calls to the store no pizza and no one seemed to know what was going on. The location used a door dasher for delivery. The guy that we talked to last hung up on us. 30 minutes later when I was leaving the house to go buy dinner elsewhere, someone had finally delivered 2 pizzas that were sitting on the welcome mat and no warmth at all. Tonight I order again, pickup, never again for delivery, I showed up got my pizzas and checked them before leaving. One was missing the sauce cup. I asked them about it and the girl who seemed to be running things told me I would have to purchase it. I showed her my email confirmation that it was on the order. She stated it did not print on her ticket and I would have to still purchase it. This is not my problem it is with your ticket translation. I refused to buy a cup that comes for free with the pizza and was on the original order. Is it Just rude or ignorant? We order a lot about once every week or two. I don’t want to lose our favorite place but we’re losing faith.

We tried again with delivery. This time I placed the order at 2:30 for a future delivery at 5:30. At 5:15 tracking said it was delivered (it was not) I called the store and was told when they pass it off to Door Dash it will show as delivered and the pizza was in the oven but waiting for dasher. Okay, I’ll play your reindeer games. 5:50 still no pizza, I called back and was told the dasher was there waiting for the pizza to come out of the oven, huh? Was also told they are understaffed. I decided to wait until 6:30 (1 hr past time). I walked outside at 6:30 and saw a car backing down the street, turn around and go the other way. I knew this was probably the dasher so I waited another 5 min or so for them to come back. It was the dasher and my order was delivered 1 hr 10 min late and it was not right ( no sauce cups, no crust flavoring). So, we are taking a time out with Marco’s. I suggest you get out of the delivery business until you can figure some things out.

Absolutely fantastic! The pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, rich sauce, and fresh toppings that burst with flavor. The wings were juicy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of seasoning.
Everything was served hot and fresh, and the attention to detail really showed. This place has officially become my go-to spot for pizza and wings. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

I recently ordered both pizza and wings from Marco’s Pizza, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The pizza was piping hot, with a perfectly crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the sauce had just the right balance of tanginess and flavor.
The wings were equally impressive! They were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the Buffalo sauce was incredible—sweet, tangy, and not overly messy. I also tried the Garlic Parmesan, and they were absolutely delicious with just the right amount of seasoning.

I didn’t think I’d become a fan of Marco’s Pizza, but it has quickly become my favorite! The pizza is always fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor every time I order. You can really taste the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back 10/10 would recommend!

Horrible custumer service.. Everytime I order in Uber eats always the Pepsi it’s missing I mean I don’t know what it’s happening it the Uber driver steals the Pepsi or Marco’s pizzas charge you the Pepsi and don’t deliver it to you. SO DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING SOFTS DRINKS YOU’RE GOING TO ENDING ANGRY.

Omg delicious..John was fantastic. He not only recommended old world pepperoni and it was yummy. Once we got there we decided we needed to eat this at the park because it is beautiful today and he insisted that we needed plates and cups and gave it to us for free and even carried it to our car for us!! Awesome dude!!
