I ordered an ice coffee and a breakfast sandwich no cheese, I waited 20 minutes ( was a mobile order five minutes before I arrived). I got the wrong iced coffee and a sourdough sandwich with cheese and only the bottom slice of bread (untoasted). The kid that finally brought out the order was very nice apologetic and gave me a donut for my wait. I wish this was the only bad experience here, it is on my way to work and this was my last.

Ordered dunkin on doordash and as soon as i opened the sealed bag i realized the lid of my drink was not on properly and i now only have 10% of my drink left!! everything spilled all over my food and the cherry on top is they gave me the wrong sandwich order
