The food here is amazing and very authentic. If you cant speak spanish just point at what you want on their menu. Is worth trying

Good spot for Mexican food. The menu is in English but, the staff doesn’t know very much. This is fine with me as it helps me to remember that I should improve my speaking and understanding of their native language too. This isn’t a chain so you have to expect this.

We stopped here on a whim due to traffic. The food was good. There was a little language barrier but we managed.

Its ok! Nobody speaks English! Good food, but looks run down. Not a bad hole in the wall place off the beaten path, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Great food! Huge portions, like seriously order a little smaller than you think or plan to bring home/share. But everything was well-seasoned and worked beautifully together.

I went to order papusas and the experience was a lot different from the last time I visited; the bigger difference was the name of the restaurant, which means there may have been under different management. While it’s always weird being a black man walking into a Hispanic restaurant and you’re not Hispanic, that was weird just attempting to break culture shock by trying not to be weird. The service was… questionable. You can’t tell if they even want to serve you or try to pretend you’re not there, however, I placed my order. The food was great but the experience of feeling partially alienated kinda put a damper on the experience overall. Plus, there wasn’t much of a selection of the on the item, only two. The worst part of that was the way they were placed on the menu. It was almost like a scavenger hunt only to find that there were only two preparations for it. All in all, I’ll just find another papusa spot or just try on a different day.
