I would have given my rating in negative if there was an option. I made a veggie patty order through Uber eats which accepted the order and charged me and when I went to the location, they said they don’t have veggie patty and asked me to request a refund from Uber eats and they can not cancel my order. I got a notification saying that I picked up my order and when I tried raising a request in Uber eats they said they can not issue a refund. Total waste of time and money. I don’t understand why subway accepted my order even without seeing if s something available or not

Ordered a simple slurpee. No big deal, right? Syrup mix was so off my teen wouldn’t drink it. Cup was not filled to top – which might be a blessing. Service sucked. Really, how hard is it to make a simple drink?

It is almost comical how bad this location is sometimes. I have ordered food online for my office 6 times. The order was messed up every time. Other times when ordered at the store it was alright.They just dont know how to fulfill orders placed ahead of time. We never order more than 4 sandwiches so it should not be too much of a burden. I am a creature of habit and frequent Subway a lot. This location is just not that great as I have experienced over time. Would defiantly recomend not placing an order online for this location.

Ordered online without the app but it didn’t save any time. However, pick up time was accurate. Enjoyed casual conversation.
My order was placed before the customer that came in at the same time I arrived but they hadn’t even seen my online order that had been placed (several) minutes prior.
I will still visit this location but that was not a stream-lined experience. Maybe instead of just saying “hi, be with you shortly” they could ask ordering or picking up to address customers in the manner they’re received.

Good service and meats, cheese and other add-ons. Their gluten free buns are tasty, but extremely crumbly. Had to jump out of my car to shake crumbs off me twice, eating my takeout sandwich while waiting for a friend!

Out of all the Subway’s in Poulsbo this is one of my absolute favorites. The staff has always been friendly and made sure that my meal is the best possible. They don’t make me feel rushed like some others have. One of our visits there was a brief interruption in power causing some complications. They had me try 2 different payment options I had available and when neither worked they said not to worry and apologized for the delay. If it wasn’t for the fact they were so insisitint on me not paying I still would have because they so that amazing of a job every time I come in.

Freaking amazing staff and food! I’m sooo happy they were a selected subway for all the new spices and oils. 5 stars all the way dont ever fire the dude that works on Thursday evening and I think he works Saturday also he is great

Place was nice and clean, the young gentleman’s working there were very polite and nice. Unfortunately my tomatoes were frozen. They need to get a new ice box for their vegetables. Otherwise my experience was great!

Went in today for lunch at 12:20. No bread — NO BREAD!! It is a sandwich shop, bread is the first ingredient. They had an excuse on the door about yesterday, but that should have been resolved by 12:20. On top of that, no tomatoes and no chocolate chip cookies. If, for whatever reason, you have an excess of business one day, the owner or manager need to get in at sunrise and make sure the store is ready for business. Will not be back.

I guess the new people working here don’t know how to do an exchange, the bread was burnt to a crisp and i asked for the lightest bread possible for my wife and well he didn’t really bother looking hard enough. They had the bread in the very back of the oven, so ultimately we got charged twice. Once for bread she couldn’t eat and again for the bread he found because he actually looked in the back. At the end we got charged for his laziness.
