This has ALWAYS been my favorite Starbucks since it opened. We went there tonight asking to do a very non traditional gender reveal fro find out what are second baby was and the workers did not disappoint. They made the experience so special. The woman behind the counter was complaining the entire time about having to do her job and make coffee. she also was wipeing her fingers in her nose, trying to clean her nose with her fingers while making coffee, and when I asked her to wash her hands before she made mine, she got an attitude with me and totally never made the drink… She left after that and I was sitting there for maybe 20 minutes while nobody knew where my drink order was because she didn’t wanna make mine because I asked her to wash her NASTY hands

Ordered 1 grande cappuccino and 1 grande pumpkin spice late. Had been a rough day for both me and my dad, just wanted something nice. Taste was amazing, workers were amazing but when i got home (3 minutes away) i noticed that the drinks weren’t even filled to the full size. Idk if its measurement or foam issues or maybe because i didnt tip (i needed to upload more $ to my card when i got home), but for the prices i would like to have the size i paid for. Otherwise, atmosphere was good, and everything tasted good.

They don’t know how to make a blended strawberry Lemonade here. I have no problem with the ones at barnes and noble. The first time it came as a regular strawberry Lemonade drink. So yes, i returned it. The lady said it is what i ordered. I showed her the picture and said that it doesn’t look like the picture. She said so you want ice. I said i want the drink in the picture. So I basically paid $7 for a cup a crushed ice with a little flavor. I’m not going to keep going back and asking to change it again. Im sure they would say i am just one of those customer never happy. See the pictures below

Think you have a barista that woke up on the wrong side of the bed “advising” we look at the pick up times when you have 5 cars in the drive thru. Just cause my pick up time is 6-9 minutes I can’t go to the drive thru speaker? Okay… has happened to multiple people I work with as well from the same barista.

By far my favorite Starbucks location in the Rochester area. The only “issue” I had was one time when they ran out of the Nitro Cold Brew when I wanted to order it at 9:30 P.M. I can’t complain about that though.
I highly recommend this Starbucks.

Some baristas don’t know how to properly pour a coffee. This is a new problem at every location I visit lately. They lazily leave the cream floating at the top of the coffee. Pour the cream, then coffee. Poured in that order, no stirring is necessary.
